A lovely welcome from the reception staff (Noemi and Angelo), who were very professional, with lots of smiles. A huge thank you to them.
The breakfast was super delicious.
A *crumbled* cake that blew me away. Thank you, Enza, for the desserts and for the smiles that accompanied us almost every morning.
I hope to return to this wonderful dream villa as soon as possible.
06/03/2026: Given that we stayed in the suite, we're not giving it 4 stars for that reason, but the fourth star is for the spa treatments. We agree with the breakfast, which was decidedly different and not as rich as the one praised in the episode. The juices were definitely not freshly squeezed. Let's just say average. Nothing local. The room was fabulous, yes! The only flaw was the window, which wasn't the best in terms of thermal insulation and soundproofing, so we could hear the traffic from 7 am onwards. There were several problems with the faucets, and they didn't fix them in 2 days. We reported all these issues to reception, including photos. Aside from a small problem with the spa, the result... we only received a 40% discount. In other hotels, for all that happened, we would have received the treatment free, but that's okay! The manager will surely attack us now, but if he wants, I'll publish everything that happened to confirm how unfortunate we were. The room, I repeat, was gorgeous (except for the window), the spa was wonderful (except for what was reported to reception), and the massage was fantastic. (Except as reported at the reception). I think they should do more thorough checks and take more care of everything. We were definitely unlucky, so I recommend it, hoping they follow the advice given.
