Professional, modern #coffeeshop focused on #specialtycoffee in #Trevisocentro The place is very small but well-maintained, with a contemporary style that hints at Nordic style, more suited to a #coffee stop-in than to lingering at a table. We had an #espresso and a #filtered #coffee of an Ethiopian variety, as well as a #tiramisu and a #brioche filled with #pistachio. I'll admit that I'm not a #coffee fan, but I must say that this place definitely doesn't have the usual burnt, flat coffee you find in various #bars. Instead, here you taste coffee with a true, defined flavor and aroma, as it should be! I appreciated the filtered version the most, less concentrated, more like #tea than coffee. The espresso was too bitter for me, as I hate bitterness, but for a lover it would be excellent. I think the puff pastry they have is purchased from someone else. In my case, the brioche was a very standard one, neither good nor bad. But the best was definitely the homemade tiramisu, truly spectacular, the best thing I've ever tasted. Creamy, slightly runny, it had the right balance between #mascarpone cream, #eggs, #cocoa, and coffee that was barely noticeable, just how I like it; it wasn't overpowering, and it was probably one of their #specialties. If you want a real coffee or something different, this is the right place in #Treviso. You come here for two things: coffee and #tiramisu, while the #sfogliati are just a side dish. I compliment the staff because they believe in what they do and do it with passion and dedication, putting quality and, consequently, the customer first. They are true coffee experts, unlike so many others who don't know what they're doing. They're excellent. Prices are obviously higher than a regular coffee shop, and rightly so, but compared to other specialty coffee shops, it's also lower. The prices are definitely good for the quality-to-location ratio. I recommend stopping by during the week if you want a seat. Great coffee and delicious tiramisu, served at a table on a charming bridge over the canal. Here, you'll find great coffee just the way you like it, or you can try one you haven't tried before, because they know how to brew coffee. Highly recommended!
