We stumbled upon Ristorante Target on our first day in Rome, tucked away in a charming narrow alley — what a great find! They offer cozy outdoor seating, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. I ordered the linguini with shrimp and leek, along with a pizza topped with mozzarella and anchovies — both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. We also ordered espresso, and it was incredibly aromatic and nutty — so different from what we’re used to in the U.S., and in the best way. The staff were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We’re already planning to come back before we leave. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is one of the best sit down restaurants in Italy. My wife and I went to dinner here without the kids and loved every minute of it. From the atmosphere to the service to the desert. Our server was Luca and he was incredibly engaged in making our experience wonderful! 5 stars!

Average cuisine, perhaps a little expensive in relation to the quality of the dishes, especially for Roman standards when it comes to amatriciana. Very kind and precise service.

Muy divertido. DJ cantante de baile y grandes pizzas y vino y servicio. Estaba buscando comida después de la ópera de Pablo y caminó por este lugar. Realmente contento de que todavía estaba abierto. Lo pasamos genial. Y muy buena relación calidad-precio.

26/05/2025: Consiglio fare una visita inquesto locale ,"da peppinella "cucina ottima personale gentile e simpatico, è accogliente con spazi interni ed eterni.
20/05/2025: Piacevole scoperta in un quartiere ancora vivibile e poco conosciuto. Locale molto spazioso con ampio spazio esterno. Atmosfera vivace e familiare da osteria di quartiere. Personale amichevole e spontaneo. Cibo curato e di buona qualità. Sicuramente ci tornerò in una prossima sera d’estate.
