We stumbled upon Ristorante Target on our first day in Rome, tucked away in a charming narrow alley — what a great find! They offer cozy outdoor seating, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. I ordered the linguini with shrimp and leek, along with a pizza topped with mozzarella and anchovies — both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. We also ordered espresso, and it was incredibly aromatic and nutty — so different from what we’re used to in the U.S., and in the best way. The staff were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We’re already planning to come back before we leave. Highly recommend!

Este es un restaurante excepcional con excelente comida, presentación y servicio. La mejor comida que hemos comido en nuestros 4 días en Roma. Definitivamente restauró mi fe en la cocina italiana.

10/09/2025: A typical Roman trattoria, you'll have to wait a bit, but that's simply because they cook everything fresh and on-site. Recommended.

01/09/2025: Authentic Roman osteria in the heart of Garbatella. The food is typical of Roman tradition. The restaurant is also very authentic. The veranda with outdoor seating is a plus. The carbonara and the sausages with broccoli are very good. Good value. If you like home-style, flavorful cuisine, this is the place for you!
24/08/2025: A typical trattoria in one of the capital's central neighborhoods. Fantastic carbonara, Roman-style chicken, and tender tripe. The pizza is also very good. Recommended.
