At Taralleria Napoletana, I sampled several taralli, choosing only the savory ones (though they also offer sweet versions). The dough is well-made, very crumbly and flavorful, and the almonds inside make the product interesting and different from the usual. I also bought some to take home: the packaging is very practical, with taralli of different shapes, all individually wrapped, perfect as a gift or for better preservation.

A traditional taralleria. A charming setting with open-view preparation. We were captivated by the wide variety of flavors and the colorful counter, divided between savory and sweet treats. It's located right on Spaccanapoli, in the most picturesque and touristy part of town. Excellent prices.
