Lunched here twice—food is exceptional!
Sushi, sashimi, and uramaki are all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Creative menu items—like tuna millefoglie, foie gras wagyu nigiri, and specially crafted uramakis—stand out. The dining room is elegant and refined, with a calm, fusion-inspired decor.
Only downside: the service feels average. Staff is polite, but the welcome and attentiveness could match the food’s excellence. Still, highly recommended for an elevated sushi experience in Cagliari.

I had lunch with a friend and for my sushi experience in Cagliari it is definitely one of the best restaurants in the city especially for the quality of the food. Everything is really good and very fresh. A dish that I particularly liked was the tuna millefeuille, truly invincible.
The service was very good.

Usually don't write reviews, but this was the best food during our 14 days trip over Corsica and Sardegna. My daughter loves sushi. She was talking a year about best sushi she had in London. No she is talking about sushi Tao. Good job guys!

Un'esperienza culinaria sublime. Ero stata in questo ristorante diversi anni fa e ne avevo uno splendido ricordo, confermato dai piatti deliziosi degustati recentemente. Ottima qualità, servizio eccellente, tutto proporzionato al costo assolutamente accessibile e conforme alla raffinatezza dei piatti e del locale. Un buon sushi, giustamente, deve avere un prezzo adeguato. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
