29/08/2025: Gulkan salmon with truffle. That dish alone deserves 10 stars. Very good dishes, I don't like raw fish (only seared), but my partner does, and having been a chef, he knows his stuff. Two sore points... if the kitchen closes early, it should be announced when you book. We were told this upon arrival, and we even saw people get angry because they hadn't been notified. We complied, but most of the dishes my partner ordered never arrived. Some were sold out, but we hadn't been told and it wasn't written, so by the time the kitchen closed, my partner had eaten three dishes and some of mine, which luckily arrived almost immediately. It would be nice if the women's bathroom could be closed, it makes you anxious... and maybe a little more light in the bathroom (I don't know why, but in almost all oriental restaurants, there's no light in the bathroom...) Friendly waiters and staff. 4 stars for the problems we encountered, which would really take very little, but otherwise, SUPER. Special thanks to whoever makes the salmon and truffle gulkan. It made me choose it over lasagna. Never before had an Asian restaurant made me put lasagna second. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰
