Absolutely brilliant ragu. Visited twice one week. Our waitress Roberta was lovely, very helpful and so nice. We will be back next time we are in Napoli.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quick service.
Genoese slipper and delicious meatballs with meat sauce. You absolutely must try the lemonade they make!

The ragù is terrific and you should absolutely try it, but be aware that it is very heavy and rich. Two people could absolutely share one serving and walk away satisfied. Order the grilled vegetables or another dish to balance out the intensity of the meal. And definitely have a bottle of Aglianico, the perfect wine compliment.

We were attracted to this place by looking at the beautiful dishes that the diners had on the tables outside, our curiosity was fully satisfied. Francesco, a very helpful and kind boy, gave us the best advice, and served us coffee in the cucumella, making us a description down to the smallest detail as in true ritual. The most amazing pasta, would recommend the Manfredi and you will not be disappointed. The ragu sauce with ricotta is something special, you will not find something like this anywhere else! Huge portion, almost couldn’t finish it (except I did because it’s that good!) special shoutout to Roberta for the recommendation on what to eat, going through the different types of pasta ensuring I had the best experience as a solo diner here. Would 100% recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Naples, you will not be disappointed.

To try if you want to taste the typical Neapolitan ragù, I recommend the "cuzzetiello".
It would be the bottom of the pale in Neapolitan dialect. Tandem offers the possibility of filling it to your liking, I recommend meatballs and provola!
Prices quite high, but fair considering the location.

Ci Siamo stati sabato 17 agosto, gruppo da 9 persone. Accolti con gentilezza e accompagnati al tavolo. Locale molto curato e caratteristico.
I "cuzzutielli" sono di qualità, le polpette e il ragù al suo interno sono davvero squisiti, mi ricorda tanto il ragù della nonna.
Tutto il personale di sala gentile e attento, ma in particolare Hares, un ragazzo davvero eccezionale.

Innanzitutto va spiegato ai non napoletani cosa è il ragù a Napoli: un sugo di pomodoro che cuoce per ore con dentro carne, salciccia che gli danno un sapore unico .... non è il ragù bolognese (che a napoli chiamano "bolognese" e basta!)
Mi sono letteralmente scassato di pomodoro e polpette.
Io adoro le polpette, poi se sono dentro al ragù con il pane "cafone" per fare scarpetta ..... mi hai conquistato!
Ma ho anche osato ordinare il Cuzzetiello, un panino con dentro .... (puoi farlo quello che vuoi) .... indovinate che ho messo? ragù e polpette!!!!
Sono uscito che rotolavo :) ma ci tornerò
