Tandem In Napoli

Incredible! Both the stuffed mozzarella and their Ragù specialty! And the olive oil was really good… I wish I could bring some back to France!

The atmosphere is welcoming, informal but with attention to detail, with a fast and friendly service that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is attentive and always available to explain the dishes, the types of combinations between pasta and meat and to recommend the perfect wine to accompany them. The ragù is the undisputed star of the menu: dense, fragrant, cooked for a long time as tradition dictates, it is served with artisanal pasta that enhances every nuance. The genovese, on the other hand, is a masterpiece of balance and sweetness, with perfectly caramelized onions and very tender meat. For dessert I absolutely recommend the Ricotta, honey and walnuts, EXQUISITE! In short, Tandem is a restaurant that manages to pay homage to Neapolitan cuisine without compromise, perfect both for those visiting the city for the first time and for Neapolitans DOC in search of the flavors of home.

Wow. One of the best Neapolitan dishes I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely fantastic. Such good food, such good service, such a good atmosphere and the knowledge I came away with was fantastic about Neapolitan style ragu. A must try!!!! A big thanks to our waiter who didn’t give his name but had long hair, a very lovely person with such an extensive knowledge of the food. Great

Good recipe, but overcooked pasta

TRY BOTH RAGU AND GENOVESE Tandem is a very nice place to have a plate else than pizza in Napoli. They serve various pasta with two house made beef sauces: Ragu and Genovese. If you like tomato sour taste, try Ragu. If you like sweet onion and meat rich taste, try Genovese. Personally I liked both of them. I recommend Tandem for a unique pasta experience

Make yourself a favor and get the gnocchis ragù

Had such a lovely dining experience here! The food was delicious (especially the fried lasagna) but the real highlight was the service. Even after our long day of travelling into Naples, our server left us smiling with a delightful conversation and a lot of great recommendations for our stay here. We wish we had another day in Naples just to come back again!

Ogni volta che vengo a mangiare da tandem ,sia a pranzo che a cena,resto sempre molto soddisfatto. I ragazzi che servono ai tavoli sono sempre gentili e professionali nonostante la confusione: il tutto è ben organizzato. Le pietanze sempre gustose , le porzioni abbondanti. Cena di famiglia io ho preso gli gnocchi con provola e ragù ,porzione abbondante ricca di condimento e bella saporita, vietato non fare la scarpetta . Personale gentile
