Offering LPG at a price of around €0.80/liter, slightly higher than in other regions, the operators were completely helpful: seeing no one at the pump, I went in and one of the operators filled me up immediately. It's also open on Saturday afternoons until 6:30 PM, perhaps the only one open until that time in the area. Especially recommended for those with LPG-powered vehicles.

09/10/2025: We took a Schüttelbrot and Vinschgauer bread course with Klaus and were absolutely thrilled. He shared a wealth of knowledge about bread baking and old traditions; we were able to try our hand at it ourselves and take home plenty of bread and recipes. The highlight was tasting the freshly baked bread – a true taste experience! Highly recommended.
06/10/2025: We took part in a baking course on Vinschgerl and Schüttelbrot. It was a real experience, as we were able to get our hands dirty. We also learned a great deal about flour, bread, baking, and food. It was a real experience, thank you for that. We highly recommend this course to everyone.

05/12/2025: Primavera Restaurant is undoubtedly the best Chinese restaurant in Merano. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, with authentic flavors that are hard to find elsewhere. Another great strength is the kindness of the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to the needs of their guests. I highly recommend it to everyone!
