An experience to repeat, the pizza is fantastic, amazing cocktails, great passion from all the staff.. I had a pizza and it was fantastic cooking and fragrance of a true Neapolitan pizza chef..🚨

The only downside is that it's a bit chilly in the enclosed veranda near the windows, and cold air blows down on you from the vents above. Otherwise, the pizzas are delicious and easy to digest, one of the best I've ever eaten in the valley. The desserts are excellent, and the service is perfect. The prices are also excellent, highly recommended!

Historic establishment near Aosta. A long time ago, it was also a nightclub with the legendary Beb e. Now, under new management, we have a more sophisticated yet still casual venue. Accustomed to the new trend of gourmet pizzerias, dominated by contemporary pizzas with exaggerated crusts and super-hydrated dough, Talon offers a thin, crunchy pizza that suits my tastes. Simple (perhaps too simple), tasty, and easy-to-digest pizzas, made with quality ingredients. Accompanied by fast, attentive service, they create the perfect combination for a pleasant evening with friends. The only downside is the price, no doubt about it. Is it worth the risk? Try it and judge!

We ate truly wonderfully! From the complimentary aperitif to the dessert, every dish was a true delight. The pizza is light, flavorful, and super digestible—truly among the best I've ever tasted! A huge plus for celiacs: I am, and I was able to enjoy everything gluten-free, from aperitif to dessert, including the first and second courses, and of course the pizza (which I ordered for takeout). Everything was delicious and completely safe! The new management is fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to detail. There's a friendly and genuine atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. We'll definitely be back, with great pleasure :)
