Talislà In Bari sardo

We ordered pizza on Wednesday evening. In addition to the delicious food, we would also like to emphasize the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. We visited several times during our stay, and our positive impression remained. From the chairs, you have a view of the sea, which opens up between the pine trees.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Very polite and quick staff, the food comes quickly, quality is very good, I can't explain why some of the reviews are so bad.

I don't want to give a negative review. I know this place is very good, this is the fourth year. I've eaten there for three years and found it very good. This year, I was disappointed. I imagine it was just a fluke. I ordered a Regina, substituting the buffalo mozzarella for fior di latte. When it arrived, the cheese was yellowish and curdled, not typical of fior di latte. I wasn't happy with the flavor. I think it was an oversight. I know this place is serious.

The bad reviews make absolutely no sense. The location is fantastic with a sea view, the staff is super friendly, and the food is excellent. The pizza, in particular, was very, very good!

Very good Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza, generous fries that weren't soaked in oil as often happens. The service was fast and professional. We dined outside; the flooring was quite neglected, and the wooden roof and white awning were covered in leaves—not very nice.

We've eaten at this restaurant twice and it's never disappointed. They only have pizzas on the menu for dinner. The pizzas are good, and they make great ice cream! Perfect for a simple meal.

Updated Summer 2025: The restaurant menu now only offers pizzas. No other dishes. The pizza ingredients are generally of lower quality. Good wood-fired pizzas at a very reasonable price. The maître d' is friendly and professional. The lemon sorbeto is very good; it's been a long time since I've had something this good in Italy.

We decided to take a chance despite the negative reviews, but it was clear from the photos that the pizza had to be good and something was amiss. And indeed, the pizza is very good, leopard-shaped, Neapolitan-style. A bit hastily, I ordered the Vulcano, and it actually arrived like a volcano. Interestingly, although I'm not a fan of anchovies and overlooked them, it was good overall. The second pizza was also good. The only thing that surprised me a bit was the prices, as they're a bit more expensive than places like Bari Sardo, but maybe that's due to the location right on the beach. Friendly service, and a decent Aperol, so if you're in the area and craving pizza, go for it.

Upon reservation, excellent birthday lunch with fish crudités, fregola with spider crab, eels, side dish and cake. (menu of our choice) Highly recommended for product quality, presentation and courtesy. N.B. we have never eaten such a good fregola with spider crab in the many restaurants where we have tasted it. excellent, highly recommended
