This was the best sushi i have ever eaten in my entire life. I would cross the border again for this. Everyone who left a 3 star review is weird. I got the philadelphia roll with the spicy tuna spring roll, and my friend got the tonno cotto with the ebiten roll. The salmon was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth, everything tasted super fresh and homemade (even the fried onions). The service was very nice, and it was super cheap. Overall great experience i will tell everyone i know, how good this was.

04/10/2025: We discovered this place recently after moving our headquarters to Opicina. The lunch menu is amazing, with a variety of options, and is excellent both in terms of quantity and as a lunch break. The service was top-notch, thanks to the lovely waitress, who served us and also helped us choose post-lunch bubble teas.

As a tourist I was unlucky to visit a lot of bad restaurants in Trieste, but this place gave me back the hope that there are still places with the decent service in this city. As a group of 4 we tried different things and all the food was tasty and fresh.
