welcoming and elegant place, kind and attentive staff, excellent food, I mainly took the sushi but there are also many other choices, the sushi was very good, not heavy but delicious, I also added a dessert, I took a truly delicious mochi ice and not at all heavy, value for money it's absolutely right for the quality of the food, not cheap but okay

Even though it was a busy day, the server was very friendly.
1. The miso ramen may be a little sweet, but it's not bad. Instead, the noodles are sticky. Because it was a busy day, the ingredients would have run out quickly, but the noodles were sticky..?
2. It says it's Japanese-style gyoza, but it's just steamed dumplings. Only the bottom is slightly scorched. If it was supposed to come out like this, I don't understand why it took 30 minutes.
3. Fried chicken... is less expensive or similar to the 100 yen price.

Elegant place, dimly lit, not necessarily "Japanese" on the outside (and it can be); the overall effect perhaps a little ruined by the projector which reproduces night-time images of skyscrapers. Good quality of raw materials, but prices discreetly above what they should be, for a product that satisfies but probably doesn't excite - without wanting to offend anyone - and doesn't take the extra step to break away from the average. And this, considering the environment and its demands, is a bit of a shame. Very courteous, present staff. Let it be an encouragement and not a criticism.
