We each had a tasting menu (chicken and lamb). The price seemed reasonable, but the portions were actually very small: the three appetizers were condensed into a single dish (one potato, two meatballs), and the rest was barely there.
It's a shame because the food was good.
The service was a bit slow.
I recommend everyone order à la carte...the portions are definitely larger.

This was my first experience at an Indian restaurant. I was perhaps a little intimidated by the flavors, but I must admit that everything we ate was delicious, not too strong or overpowering, obviously spicy but not overdone. The waiters explained the dishes in detail and were very kind, and the price was more than fair.

I've been there 5-6 times, both for lunch and dinner, and I've always had a great time.
A wide selection of everything: appetizers, main courses of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan.
Everything is fresh, tasty, flavorful, and served with care and friendliness.
The selection of wines and beers is also good.
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended.

I come to Ferrara once a year, and lunch or dinner at Taj Mahal is a must!!
I think it's delicious; there's something for everyone, even those with a spicy sensitivity. The staff is super friendly and happy to accommodate your tastes and changes to dishes, and to answer any questions you may have. It's truly a must-visit restaurant!

The appetizer pakoras potions were very less.
The potatoes in the pakoras were raw inside. The food was good
