The food was pretty good but compared to years ago they made the portions smaller. The prices of some are not very affordable. The atmosphere is nice but a little shabby. The staff were really friendly though

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Taj Mahal, situato nel cuore del centro storico di Ferrara, e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. Il locale si presenta con un ambiente accogliente, ordinato e perfettamente pulito, che contribuisce sin da subito a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Il menù è ricco e variegato, con un'attenzione particolare anche per chi segue una dieta vegetariana: le opzioni sono numerose, gustose e ben bilanciate nei sapori, a dimostrazione della cura e della competenza dello chef nel trattare le spezie in modo raffinato ma deciso. Ogni piatto che abbiamo provato si è rivelato un viaggio nei profumi e nei sapori dell'India più autentica. Una menzione speciale va al personale, estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, sempre pronto a spiegare i piatti e a consigliare le migliori combinazioni in base ai gusti individuali. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese, senza mai risultare invadente.

Excellent food and impeccable service, the guys in the dining room were very kind and helpful. We took the chicken and lamb tasting menu, all the combinations were very successful and the ingredients were fresh and of excellent quality. Highly recommended

I tried the chicken tasting and the flavors didn't convince me at all. I found the various chicken nuggets similar albeit with different colours, slightly high price for what I ate. However, I want to try the other tastings, I am convinced they may be better

I missed India and I could taste the real Indian food, I was here on Sunday with my boyfriend, I finally felt the taste of my beloved India, everything was wonderful, the service, the taste of the food, the value of the dishes... Congratulations, everything was wonderful!!

Sono stato ieri a pranzo in questo ristorante indiano del centro storico. Ho ordinato il menù a ventisette euro a base di agnello, comprendente un antipasto composto da tre stuzzichini, un piatto di agnello in umido accompagnato da riso bianco e da due pezzi di pane indiano e un dessert. Acqua e coperto a parte. L'ho trovato decoroso ma i prezzi forse un po' alti. Però il servizio è stato cortese, attento e cordiale, e ho quindi pagato volentieri.
