taeko ramen is a small reality that differs from the usual canons of "Japanese restaurant" you will not find sushi, you will not find an all you can eat! if you are looking for this is not the place for you. Here you will try dishes that in the common restaurants passed off as Japanese are not there! takoyaki, okonomiyaki, gyoza, nikuman and the list is long, but the ramen are truly delicious! The very nice environment, the prepared staff and taeko who with her smile and kindness and the icing on the cake, or rather the katsuobushi on the takoyaki!. The menu is varied especially if you consider that we are talking about particular dishes and with complex preparations.

Very nice location: sober style, open space, welcoming. Pleasant background music. Staff always very friendly and very attentive to the customer. The waitress manager is always very nice (something out of the ordinary in Varese!) Fast service. Very good dishes. Taeko is a guarantee and for me Japan in Varese is only Taeko (its Ramen and its Tea in Italy). Thank you for choosing Varese! Chapeau! I highly recommend anyone to try it.

We ate two starters, two plates of noodles and two desserts, the cuisine is very light, the staff is friendly and approachable.

Taeko Ramen is a true gem for ramen lovers! The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff create a truly pleasant experience. The broth is rich, flavorful and carefully prepared, perfectly balanced with great noodles and ingredients. I loved finding a traditional dish like TANTAN MEN, but there's no shortage of delicious vegetarian options. The portions are generous and the prices are more than honest, shame about the parking but given the area there isn't much you can do, tried both on site and at home I hope to return soon!

Do you want to taste original ramen and/or takoyaki? Go to Taeko Ramen!! Trust me, (I'm half Japanese), eating and squinting it seemed like I was in my hometown!! Excellent service, exquisite and friendly staff.

Buonissimo ramen di qualità e porzioni molto abbondanti e molto varietà. Peccato per il locale un po piccolo e fanno doppio turno la sera del week end. Consigliatissimo.

12/05/2025: Buonissimo e francamente il migliore sushi restaurant ayce provato sino ad oggi. Sono stati gentilissimi e rapidissimi. Ci tornerò sicuro con tutta la famiglia. I pezzi sono in linea con gli altri ma questo li supera nettamente in qualità.

27/04/2025: La scorsa settimana, in occasione dell’anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo cenato in questo locale per la prima volta e, devo dire, che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito sia dalla location che dal livello del servizio. Appena arrivati, senza aver prenotato in anticipo, ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo per due e ci hanno spiegato come fare per ordinare, che viene fatto tramite App oppure è possibile farlo anche su carta. Noi abbiamo utilizzato l’App ed è comodissima oltretutto ci sono anche le foto dei piatti con gli ingredienti annessi; si può fare un ordine ogni 6 minuti con un massimo di 5 portate. La qualità del cibo è molto alta così come il servizio. Avendo assaggiato “solo” la prima metà del menù torneremo a breve per proseguire e cercare di completare il cerchio. Location bella ed elegante, parcheggio sul retro del locale con passaggio riservato.
03/02/2025: Serata con la famiglia, ambiente piacevole anche se c'era forse un po' di rumore... Sabato sera con il pienone ci sta. Personale gentile e premuroso, mi ha fatto piacere vedere con quale cura venivano puliti e nuovamente apparecchiati i tavoli che si liberavano. Il cibo eccellente. Io di solito abitudinaria ho sperimentato nuovi sapori e abbinamenti con grande soddisfazione. Unico piccolo appunto, ho trovato un po' macchinosa la modalità per ordinare, i piatti divisi per categoria ci stanno però sarebbe meglio poter scorrere anche il menù con continuità. Le immagini sul cell davvero piccole, forse le icone e lo scritto un po' più grande aiuterebbero. Tornerò certamente.
