Taeko Ramen In Varese

One of my favorite places ever. Some friends introduced me to this restaurant and I have been there several times over the last year. The waiter is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to sake, in quiet moments he tried to stop for a moment to delve deeper into the topic which I find very interesting. The ramen is really special, I recently returned from Japan and I've tried several there, but I haven't found anything that was up to par with what they do here. Really recommended.

Fantastic food and pure Japanese style! The dining room staff is very attentive and quick in service and in attending to customer requests. Particular praise goes to Max, always very precise and friendly! Well-kept and clean environment!

Hands down the best Ramen between Como and Varese, really too good! I have returned to this restaurant several times and tried both the same dishes and new options! The ramen broth is always very tasty, more delicate in the "shoyu" while more decisive and spicy in the "tantan men", very tasty and well marinated eggs! I highly recommend trying the appetizers, especially the onigiri ebiten, which is amazing! The takoyaki and meat ravioli are also really good! As a dessert, the "matcha cup" has now become a must, to be divided into two but for the greediest (like me) even alone, with different fillings in layers including a scoop of black sesame ice cream (too good), cream of red azuki beans, banana, mascarpone and cereals! The possibility to choose between the dishes of the day is curious, among which we had the opportunity to taste the tonkatsu (without the curry), really excellent, certainly a very valid alternative to ramen! Small place, booking is recommended, very nice and with a nice atmosphere. Convenient location because it is close to the car parks in the court area. Even though I'm not from the area, it is now the trusted place to enjoy an excellent ramen!

Quando si dice che l'abito non fa il monaco.... Il locale è semplice, seppure curato e con buoni particolari. Forse un po' piccolo, ma con il doppio turno il problema è risolto. Personale solerte, disponibile e simpatico. Ottima la cucina e la varietà di RAMEN proposta. Da non perdere assolutamente.
