One of the restaurants I always return to in Varese. Truly high-quality food, and the off-menu items never make me tired of visiting.

Excellent place: a short menu (which is a plus), but it offers plenty of choice, and each dish is decidedly good and surprisingly light. The food is prepared very quickly: within 10-15 minutes of ordering, we were already eating. My first ramen experience couldn't have gone better! Recommended.

I went to dinner last night with a friend of mine at this beautiful, super cozy and intimate place. The staff is very well trained, but specifically we are talking about really high-level skills and this was reflected in the food and in the explanation/recommended combinations. Personally I had the opportunity to try the dish "Del giorno" (I don't even remember the name :D) and it was damn balanced. I will definitely go back.

Mai assaggiato il Ramen ed è stata una scoperta. Davvero molto, molto buono. Inoltre ottima selezione di gin e whisky giapponese. Personale molto carino, gentile e competente. Ci ritornerò

Excellent alternative choice, healthy and digestible. Excellent ingredients too, all homemade. The waiters are very attentive, kind and competent, above all available to explain and recommend the dishes to the customer. The environment is sober, modern and welcoming. A few tables outside too.

taeko ramen is a small reality that differs from the usual canons of "Japanese restaurant" you will not find sushi, you will not find an all you can eat! if you are looking for this is not the place for you. Here you will try dishes that in the common restaurants passed off as Japanese are not there! takoyaki, okonomiyaki, gyoza, nikuman and the list is long, but the ramen are truly delicious! The very nice environment, the prepared staff and taeko who with her smile and kindness and the icing on the cake, or rather the katsuobushi on the takoyaki!. The menu is varied especially if you consider that we are talking about particular dishes and with complex preparations.

Piatti puliti, qualità sempre alta (per lo standard AYCE), atmosfera riservata e amichevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piatti prepararti con cura e gustosi. La migliore scelta a Busto Arsizio

07/09/2025: A Japanese and fusion restaurant located in a high-traffic area in Gallarate—it's worth noting, however, that it's barely noticeable inside. The restaurant is well insulated from both internal and external noise. Considering it seats about a hundred people, it's divided into several different areas, each aesthetically different, creating a nice mix of atmospheres. We chose to sit in the area with traditional floor seating and rice paper booths, and perhaps it was a poor choice. The atmosphere wasn't particularly appealing, and we felt a bit isolated, so I wouldn't recommend it. There are much more interesting areas. As for the food, the dishes were served randomly, China-style, so to speak, and included both raw and cooked dishes. It's a shame I didn't get to try the eel, which I was quite drawn to! As for the service, it's certainly very efficient but not very communicative. I understand it better at lunch, but in the evening it's a bit aseptic, especially considering the price. There's no explanation of the dish or advice from the host. I highly recommend their takeout service. In addition to the dishes you choose, they include a small entrée and a dessert, which is truly appreciated!
