Historic Pab restaurant in Palermo near via Notarbartolo. Returning after several months we were disappointed with the quality of the pizza dough compared to how it was in the past. The service and staff however are fine, nothing to say. Unfortunately the bathrooms turned out to be a flaw, it is clear that a very popular place and the bathrooms too, this evening the girls entered the bathroom and noticed that it was dirty. The bathrooms are a business card for a place, which is why they should always be clean, at least decent. We hope to be able to give a few more stars 🌟 in the review next time.

Very large place with a great variety of dishes. The pizzas are good and the other dishes are also good, with a section dedicated to the effective German menu. The place stands out above all for the selection of beers, which is really good. All in all, fast service, although not always accurate.
