TA Mongo In Pozza di fassa

A cozy place with good food, more on the homely side than savory. The ravioli was very tasty, but the penne ragu was very average (not enough sauce for the pasta). The panna cotta was delicious. I think it's worth checking out and trying it out for yourself.

The food was good, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the price. The burger was dry and there was no sauce inside, so the overall impression was rather average. For a burger for €17, I expected more. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service were very pleasant.

A well-deserved positive review! This is our first time in Trentino, and we stopped by for two days, and two evenings, so we decided to eat here. You'll immediately feel pampered, starting with the atmosphere, followed by the delicious food, and their kindness. Keep up the good work!

I've been in Pozza for 5 years and I'd underestimated this place. The staff were really friendly, and everything was delicious!

And it's a place I love. Every time we go to Pozza, theirs is always a must-try. You can't miss it! We even spent New Year's Eve with them, and it was wonderful! The restaurant is beautiful, the food is really good, and the owners are fantastic! It will always be one of my favorite places!

We returned after 4 years and can confirm what we wrote then (except for the green pass, thankfully 😄): We ate well and the service was courteous and prompt (including the mandatory green pass check). The cold cuts platter, mushroom pappardelle, two dumplings, Trentino-style barley soup, polenta with sausage and mushrooms, all very good. I would definitely recommend it.

Delicious food! Friendly service and fair prices.

The ambiance in the main restaurant is very tasteful and initially convinced us to dine there. After a short wait (we had the feeling they couldn't find our reservation), we were seated on the first floor, which I assume was the hotel's breakfast room. This surprised us somewhat, as we had reserved a table in advance. The food was okay, but it didn't meet our expectations. Where do these negative reviews come from?! To top it all off, immediately after dessert, we were asked to vacate the table because it was reserved for other guests... We had a written confirmation of our reservation that didn't specify a time frame... That was quite cheeky. The two waiters were very friendly and ultimately can't be held responsible for the unprofessional behavior of the other employee.

The place itself is a bit small, but the quality of the food makes up for it: the trio of canederli and the pappardelle with game were fresh and tasty; the rib eye steak was marvelous, tender and of excellent quality. The wait for the food was very short, although I recommend booking a table to avoid long waits. The best thing about the evening, however, was undoubtedly the service: the waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable, pleasant, and super helpful. Congratulations!!
