To those in Japan:
I couldn't forget the bistecca I had in Florence, so I came to this bistecca restaurant for my last supper in Rome.
The bistecca was just as delicious as the one in Florence.
The staff were all lovely, too.

We ordered onion rings mozzarella sticks and fries with cheddar and bacon as starters and we actually liked them. They were tasty and fresh enough. Unfortunately the burgers did not meet our expectations. I had the Large Texas burger and my wife had the Small Boss. Both came with the wrong doneness and the meat quality was below average. It was dry and lacked flavor.

Tornato dopo anni in questa sede della tanto amata catena T-Bone Station, abbiamo trovato personale super gentile e disponibile, ma il cibo purtroppo è un po’ peggiorato. Carne degli Hamburger leggermente dura e a volte con nervetti all’interno, e pulled pork delle polpette troppo secco e asciutto. Ho apprezzato la novità (non so da quanto lo sia) del poter scegliere o meno la presenza del contorno, con conseguente diminuzione del prezzo del panino in assenza delle patatine. Comunque sempre un buon hamburger per esserci da più di 20 anni

The staff was really friendly. There were simply too many insects in the air-conditioned room. The vinegar bottle outside was full of insects. The meat was okay, but not perfect.

I had dinner at T-Bone Station with my family and some friends, and the experience was very positive. We tried various types of hamburgers accompanied by chips, good and well prepared.
They also satisfied requests for variations in the composition of the sandwiches and specific needs for food allergies without problems.
The environment is comfortable, ideal for groups or families who want to spend a pleasant evening.
The staff was helpful and courteous, always ready to satisfy our requests.

Ho cenato da T-Bone Station con la famiglia e alcuni amici, e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Abbiamo provato vari tipi di hamburger accompagnati da patatine, buoni e ben preparati.
Hanno anche soddisfatto senza problemi richieste di variazione della composizione dei panini e necessità specifiche di allergie alimentari.
L’ambiente è confortevole, ideale per gruppi o famiglie che vogliono passare una serata piacevole.
Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
