An enchanting place, where the staff puts you at ease, you are served with professionalism and you are welcomed and pampered with warmth. In my opinion the chef has golden hands, a real gift. The food is high quality and the dishes are amazing. He has the skill to cook meat, fish and pizza but in an excellent way.

We were there on August 25th for a BBQ fish-themed evening. The service was friendly and efficient. The location was beautiful and relaxing. The menu was sophisticated, with very unique flavors and well-executed pairings, and the wines were excellent. The welcome aperitif was delicious, the homemade bread was excellent, the hanging salmon was very good, the amberjack and buffalo mozzarella were very delicate, the red mullet and parmigiana were very good, the swordfish and puttanesca were mouth-watering, the mopping up of the bread was a must. The cod and panzanella were excellent, the lettuce and anchovies were a success, the scallops with coffee were a very daring pairing, but they turned out well, and to finish, the grilled pineapple with an excellent gin and tonic. The chef was very good, the dishes were carefully thought out and well executed. Congratulations, a great evening! I'll definitely be back.

It's too simplistic to call it a restaurant... Syntesi is a spa of flavor. We'd been there several times for dinner and decided to make it an event, one that was meticulously planned down to the last detail. Trying is believing!!!

Tutto molto bene come d’abitudine Abbiamo provato il filetto: buonissimo La marca del ns vino preferito, il Pecorino, è cambiata. Ottima anche la nuova Va un po' “ossigenato”. Divertente l’idea di servire un piccolo aperitivo di olive tipo “ascolane” appese a....un piccolo olivo Andateci!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Noi torneremo appena possibile

We had the tasting menu for €35. The dishes were very impressive, with good flavors and pairings. For the quality/price ratio, everything was spot on. Personally, I wasn't crazy about the grilled carpaccio with truffle (I couldn't quite figure out the mix between half-cold/raw and half-cooked carpaccio) and the sausage with peppers (good, but such a small morsel that I didn't even taste it). Everything else was good.

A place with a large outdoor space (ideal for parties and ceremonies) where we tasted the buffet, and a characteristic indoor room with air conditioning. The dishes were very good, tasty and modern. Very welcoming and kind staff.
