After trying one of the courses I also became a customer of the shop, although it is not close to home it is worth traveling a few km to find a shop well stocked with everything related to BBQ starting from rubs, fuels to the necessary equipment. Competent and very kind they know how to support you in every purchase. The courses are excellent both for beginners and for those who want to delve deeper into a certain topic.
