The fish quality was excellent, the nigiri were delicious, and the rolls were excellent. The only flaw was that they were too big, my personal opinion! The service was good initially, but then toward the end they started bringing all the rolls at once. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd reconsider the size, but everything else was top-notch!

In the area surrounding Roseto degli Abruzzi, Sushita is unmatched: a restaurant that combines high levels of professionalism and attention to detail with the HIGHEST QUALITY of its dishes. The best in the area, without a doubt. The atmosphere is very chic, but might seem snobbish to some.

The premium rolls and sashimi are delicious, but I didn't find the nigiri to be quite as good. I was hungry and forgot to take photos. Recommended

The nigiri were excellent (the shrimp melted in your mouth) despite the rice being a bit hard, while the uramaki didn't differ much from the all-you-can-eat options. The atmosphere was very nice, the service good, but the prices were perhaps a bit too high.
