From ordering to pickup, everything is amazing. They offer delivery, pickup or dine in. They even have an app for easier ordering. And food..I'm without photos. I didn't even manage to take them because it was eaten so fast. Gyozas were one of the best we ever had. And fish was super fresh. As someone who worked in a sushi restaurant for a few years myself, I am picky with fish, but this one, hats off! It was fresh and really well prepared 👌 We come again tomorrow!

We've been wanting to try Sushina, a restaurant on Cervia's canal, for a long time, given the positive reviews from previous guests. And if our expectations were high, the feedback was no different. Everything was truly excellent. Favorite dishes: lobster gunkan, mackerel nigiri, and Japanese shrimp spaghetti. The staff was efficient and extremely friendly. We drank an excellent bottle of Albana rosé. Prices are moderately high, but we think the value is excellent.

To celebrate our son's 23rd birthday, we chose this place at his suggestion! To be honest, it was our first time eating something ethnic and different! Skeptical of Asian cuisine restaurants, this restaurant was truly a revelation! Carefully crafted, high-quality dishes, refined and tasty! Chatting with the owner helped us understand that the choice to open this place wasn't the result of a "trendy" trend, but the result of passion and knowledge! Average/high prices, but worth it! We'll definitely be back! Recommended!

Actually, it's quite okay, but the price-performance ratio isn't really right. The chicken was dry (2 different dishes). The sushi was mediocre. You can do it... but you don't have to, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer much better food at a better price. Good for a snack, but not recommended for dinner.

Sushina is always a guarantee for good sushi, the staff is kind and attentive, and the location is nice. I'm not giving it 5 stars for one reason only...I've never managed to eat the shrimp tempura inside the uramaki hot because the shrimp aren't cooked on the spot, and that way they lose a lot of flavor!!!
