Sushiko In Ferrara

Sushiko is always a guarantee! 🍣 It's located in an industrial area, so it's not exactly central, but the convenience of ample, free parking is a huge plus. The all-you-can-eat menu is slightly lower in price than other sushi places in the area, but the quality is truly excellent: fresh fish, beautifully presented dishes, and generous portions, allowing you to try many different dishes without leaving feeling full. The uramaki come in portions of four—perfect for trying different combinations (and believe me, they're all a hit!). The cooked dishes are delicious, especially the starters, and even the more unusual creations are always balanced in flavor. However, I must say that it's the simplest dishes that best capture the freshness and quality of the fish. The staff is friendly, fast, and always available. You can order everything conveniently from your tablet, and the atmosphere is large and welcoming, with plenty of seating. The desserts are also excellent—it's impossible not to order at least one at the end! 😋 After all these years and various changes in management, Sushiko continues to surprise me: a must-try in Ferrara for sushi lovers who want to be sure of their experience. We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and I must say the ingredients were truly fresh, and every dish had a genuine and pleasant flavor. The place was quite crowded, which unfortunately affected the speed of service somewhat. We arrived around 2:15 PM, but the kitchen closed at 3:00 PM, so we had to order and eat quickly. I recommend arriving a little earlier to enjoy the experience more slowly. The dishes, however, were good and well-presented, and the bathroom was also reasonably clean.

The service was fast and efficient, but the food was at times embarrassing. Many of the breaded dishes were cold and noticeably dated. The tables were crowded, and the soundproofing was poor.

Excellent value for money, all you can eat so obviously it's convenient for those who eat more than a few dishes... quite quick depending on how crowded the place is but in general good speed. Quality of the dishes consistent with the price paid.

ALL YOU CAN EAT nel senso totale : di tutto e senza limitazioni. Locale pulito e personale molto cordiale ; tempi di attesa ottimi . La qualità del cibo sicuramente ottima, con menzione particolare per sashimi, carpaccio e tartare. Nessuna sorpresa con il conto (hanno accettato i buoni-pasto elettronici). Meglio portare una felpa perchè con l' aria condizionata "ci vanno pesantini". Promossi !
