Rather small but well-kept restaurant, excellent food, great quality, shame about the wine... in June with practically summer temperatures at 8.30 pm you can't stay with just one bottle of bubbles... just as unpleasant was witnessing the heated argument between the owner and a customer... small errors to be corrected.

I have never been a fan of raw meat, but driven by curiosity I decided to try the raw meat sushi à la carte at this place. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. Each dish is taken care of down to the smallest details and offers particular combinations that enhance the flavor of the meat without being heavy or invasive. The mixes are really interesting, with fresh ingredients and well-thought-out combinations that make each bite a different experience and a lot of ‘wow’. Congratulations. The environment is very welcoming: elegant but not cold, with a relaxed atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I highly recommend booking, especially on weekends, because the place is often full, and rightly so, I would say. The staff also deserves a special mention: young, dynamic and very friendly. They were attentive and available in recommending the dishes best suited to my tastes, knowing that I was not an expert in this type of cuisine. Overall, it was an excellent discovery that made me change my mind about raw meat. An experience to repeat, perhaps even bringing some skeptical friends to surprise them. Absolutely recommended!

Whether you're a sushi traditionalist curious to explore new flavors or a dedicated carnivore in search of the ultimate feast, this restaurant is a must-visit. I recommend this place for a symphony of meaty delights that redefine the sushi experience. One thing to mention about the service, well, unfortunately, the staff need to be more professional and caring as they kept us waiting for a long time while 2 tables were available. But the rush or shortage of employees maybe kept them distracted and they took more than 20 minutes to get them ready... Thanks anyway for the experience...Came back for another round and the service was impeccable. It's always nice to come back!

Excellent quality of dishes and product. Really pleasant outdoor tables. We did not particularly appreciate the service from some of the waiters who we found lackluster, slow and listless. Sin.

Very good and tasty Piedmontese sushi dishes. Fast service and very friendly staff. The place is small but very nice. We will definitely be back.
