I was last night, as always I found myself in a quiet environment, just the right thing for an evening in the company of friends, as usual Luca is helpful and kind, and welcomes you so that the customer doesn't feel like a customer but convivial The meat is always of a superior level, the menu truly embarrasses you with the choices and variety of the proposals. Every time I always feel like it's the first time

The place is really very elegant and has around 30 seats (indoors) so booking is strongly recommended. The menu contains many variations of meat sushi, both with fassona steak and with Bra sausage and more, all excellent. There are also cooked meat choices but we didn't try them. There are several choices of desserts, even delicious ones.

The concept is exceptional and deserves to be exported. I would refine the sushi further. For example, I suggest you also combine the rolls with accompanying sauces (e.g. soy sauce). I would also season the fassona steak and the meats in general a little more (or perhaps the customer can do it directly at the table, with oils, salt, etc.). Excellent though!

Very good meat! But it left me hungry! Talking about it at the table, we all agreed that an All You Can Eat formula would be phenomenal! I would also pay €50/60 but with the possibility of reordering several times! Otherwise friendly and welcoming staff! Advised!

My wife and I went to this place on Saturday night. We had a great time with just a few small niggles. PRO - Professional, attentive and kind staff - Very high quality of materials - Excellent dishes well presented - Punctual service without too much waiting - Excellent wine list with good quality/price ratio - Fair account considering everything AGAINST - The place is too small for the number of tables; the choice was made to furnish with low tables and high tables with comfortable stools I believe in order to divide the volumes, in my opinion a good choice so that even if the tables are close together they remain separate from the neighboring ones. Entering on the left there is the counter where there is a butcher's style display case with cuts of meat inside, unfortunately the front is partly covered by an ugly series of wine boxes stacked to form a nice messy and chaotic wall. In my opinion, there are two critical tables, the first was my turn; high table with stools and up there as I had already said ok but my seat was half exposed to the serving hatch which communicated with the kitchen so the problems were numerous: very annoying noises coming from the kitchen, waiters passing behind me and above all every now and then a smell and air flows came out I think when they opened and closed the doors. The second table is located close to the sliding door to enter the bathroom; I went to wash my hands and to enter I had to pass slightly sideways so as not to bump into the chair of the person sitting, embarrassing! In conclusion I am satisfied, they told me they have another place in Moncalieri I will try that too and I will return to this one too in the hope of not sitting at one of these 2 tables.

Absolutely recommended, excellent food, refined venue

Excellent meat sushi. Of the maslè (butcher). Excellent morsels of various tartare paired with sushi-style rice. Well done Luca!!!
