Good sushi in Sarzana, the restaurant looks like many others now that do all you can eat. Orders taken on paper, the waiters move around a lot and are unlikely to leave finished dishes on the table. The food arrives quickly, obviously the sushi from the kitchen is faster. The quality of the fish is not very high, otherwise everything is fine.

Even if the place doesn't look great from the outside, inside it looks welcoming, with fairly comfortable sofas and armchairs and well-trained staff. Orders are made using pen and paper, the menu is detailed, easily understandable and the dishes are well prepared; you can also choose the number of rolls, 4 or 8. I found the noodles a little bland, but that's a subjective opinion in my opinion. The bill is honest and the owner is courteous.

All you can eat in line with others present on Italian territory. The price from Monday to Friday is 14.90 but in reality you have to add 2 euros cover charge each so the price mentioned is not true. For this reason I gave a couple of stars less

All very good! Nice crispy fried food, fresh fish and excellent, tasty dishes! The wasabi is fresh (grated) not the one in a tube, very spicy and good. It also offers a lot of choice at lunch, some sushi can be taken in 4 pieces instead of 8, very suitable for those who perhaps want to eat alone on the fly and don't want the usual sandwich at the bar!

26/08/2024: Il ristorante e' in posizione centrale e va raggiunto a piedi, poiche' e' zona a traffico limitato. Il cibo e' mediocre ed i rolls avevano piu' o meno tutti lo stesso sapore. Il servizio e' eccellente, relativamente veloce, con camerieri educatissimi, precisi ed ordinati. Il menu' a differenza della maggioranza dei ristoranti di sushi e' alla carta e non all you can eat. Positivo da una parte, perche' non bisogna, per forza, spendere una cifra fissa che porta sempre a sprecare cibo. Direi che per il rapporto prezzo-qualita'-ambiente, e' caro. Naturalmente il pesce e' surgelato, pero' gli involtini primavera, versione mini e gli speciali nella pagina delle novita' erano molto buoni, avevano almeno un gusto definito .

01/09/2024: è successo spesso andare almeno una volta a settimana… L’unico sushi ottimo in zona! Non c’è paragone. Amiamo prendere l’asporto o mangiare da loro nel cortile in estate, zona intima e romantica. Servizio eccellente, tutti solari, accoglienti e simpatici! Super consigliato!
28/08/2024: Kooka is an à la carte sushi restaurant in the historic center of this town in the province of La Spezia, where we have been several times. We're on the safe side here: we always feel pampered by the service which has been made up of the same team for years - a team that wins doesn't change! The professionalism and courtesy with which they accompany the customer throughout the dinner has not changed either, still remaining on an informal tone, without embarrassing. They will be able to advise you on wines, or explain each dish. Fantastic. As for the location, the restaurant has more internal rooms for the winter, but the real magic is the summer: you will eat in a wonderful internal garden close to the ancient walls of the city. We have been to Kooka a great number of times and a rating lower than 5 stars out of 5 has never crossed our minds. We believe hands down that it is the best sushi restaurant in the province of La Spezia; we would perhaps like to see the creativity that characterizes uramaki also played in other parts of the menu.
