The food tastes excellent and is of good quality. Service quick and friendly. The restaurant is small and cozy, the parking lot is about a 2-minute walk away.

Passionate about Asian food, I can guarantee that in this restaurant they cook really well! Fresh, quality sushi with distinct flavours, a very varied and unique menu. The hot dishes were also delicious, we even had an encore. So good that we forgot to take pictures of the dishes and ate it all! The place could be more tidy, the dining room a little dark and with few typical ornaments. But the staff is really nice and polite.

Good food, cheap, served quickly. Unfortunately, the service person was no longer available to clear it up afterwards. Hall is rather dark. Loud music.

The food is really unique, the service isn't too intense and it's a shame that it's next to a very busy road, but the enjoyable food makes up for it all.

15/12/2024: Very good sushi. Crab tempura not the best. Water served in a plastic bottle, I would have expected something more for what it costs.
14/12/2024: Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is undoubtedly among my favorite fusion restaurants in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality. The dishes are simply impeccable, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always friendly and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish.
