A painful experience, mostly due to the service. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a girl who immediately informed us (it was 8.30pm) that we had to leave at 9.15pm for the second shift (this was not written on any social media or other platform). As soon as it got to around 9pm, she immediately informed us that we had to hurry up for the last order because the room had to be freed up.

I always find everything good. The service is excellent, the salmon is fresh, the dishes are excellent. I think it's unfair to pay for drinks separately; at least one should be included on the menu.

I went several times before leaving a review.
I'm assuming the staff is committed to providing good service. There's one guy who's particularly attentive and helpful; he moves around more than anyone else and stays behind every table. The place is very nice. Reservations are a lifesaver; they answer the phone, and online booking also works. The food is good; they use a little too much rice, in my opinion, so it's difficult to eat the pieces in one bite, but it's not a big problem. The dishes are the usual ones you'd find at all-you-can-eat restaurants; I didn't find anything special that couldn't be found elsewhere. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the shrimp ravioli have a strange taste. The highlight is the beef ramen, and that's why we always go. I recommend it to everyone; it's delicious. Overall, it's a worthwhile place, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The food tasted good, but it was a shame about the dozens of flies circling the table and on our plates. We spent an hour swatting them away. The staff was annoyed and nervous; they promptly brought our computer orders but didn't bother with basic requests like soy sauce. One of them stood behind our table with her arms folded, waiting for us to get up. The woman at the cash register, however, was very friendly.

The restaurant is welcoming and has a very beautiful style. Unfortunately, I've encountered some issues with the service on several occasions. I usually go there for the all-you-can-eat option, but often, some dishes have been delivered late, and some have even been forgotten. I'm a regular customer, but I've often been dissatisfied with the service. Will I continue to go there? Probably, since it's the only Japanese restaurant in my area.
