Welcoming place and staff, we ate good à la carte sushi, the four stars are mainly for the excessive quantity of rice used, just the amount of fish instead, the latter being fresh and of good quality. Given that the two of us ordered everything in the gluten free version, we took a mix of 50 pieces as desired by the chef, even though we had been warned that it was composed almost exclusively of uramaki (personally I would have differentiated a little with more gunkan, sashimi or nigiri and given that some rolls were very similar in flavor to others, I would have used more sea bass (the nigiri was good)... otherwise I wasn't crazy about the combinations with mango and pistachio. To finish we ordered a trio of nigiri and salmon , tuna and red prawn, I would have put less rice here too.
