For New Year's Eve 2026, we chose to welcome the new year with a unique Japanese culinary experience. We had high expectations, but they were fully met! Cristian, the restaurant's owner and chef, welcomed us with skill and professionalism. A very welcoming place, Japanese cuisine with an Italian touch, and top-quality ingredients make this restaurant an absolutely must-try culinary experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We went for dinner this evening and were truly impressed: the cuisine was excellent, with original yet locally sourced combinations. Cristian was excellent. Highly recommended!

Sushi à la carte, ramen, and udon. Best sushi in Biella. If you're craving ramen, it's highly recommended. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The welcome sample is always delicious, and always a must-try.

Excellent restaurant with a variety of dishes outside of the omnipresent Sushi but at the same time with revisited sushi dishes and with a significant quality of fish compared to the classic All you can est!

Very well-kept place and very kind staff. Both the sushi and udon were amazing, not to mention the takoyaki. I will definitely be back, compliments to all the staff!

I had dinner with my girlfriend. The place is nice, with just a few tables, so it doesn't get chaotic, which is a plus. The overall experience left us a bit perplexed. I don't want to argue about the quality of the fish and the generally excellent ingredients, but rather the service. We asked for coconut water and a bottle of champagne, both of which were on the menu, but they didn't have them. The service was perhaps too informal. Furthermore, the table setting was minimal, with no tablecloths, and the soy sauce bowl was broken. The sushi was good, but nothing special.

Excellent sushi that's out of the ordinary! You'll find both classic favorites and creative twists. The presentation is superb and the service is very good.
