Incredible dinner with unique and balanced flavors. The atmosphere was intimate, very refined, and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and eager to accommodate any request: they served us a tasting menu created on the spot, without having to book. Excellent value. Highly recommended, definitely the best Japanese restaurant in the area!

A unique experience! We traveled from Turin for this Homakase dinner at this lovely, beautifully appointed, and clean restaurant! 14 courses, each one better than the last, each dish carefully crafted and explained with great passion! The highest-quality and unusual ingredients made the experience even more unique! It was wonderful to interact and build friendships with the staff and toast with them to the restaurant's third anniversary! I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try a dinner like this, to break away from the usual all-you-can-eat concept and savor superior quality ingredients! We will definitely be back, especially for the collaborations they'll be doing with renowned restaurant chefs! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Dining at Cultour was a pleasant surprise. As a connoisseur of good Japanese cuisine, I felt right at home. My chef for this evening was Chris, a Filipino man trained by a Japanese chef, who brings creativity and passion to an ancient art, with a hint of recklessness and a willingness to take risks. With a proud smile, he described how the sushi rice was toasted, how lemon zest was added to the shrimp nigiri, and how marinated vegetables were substituted for the traditional ginger. If you're a lover of traditional Japanese cuisine, this might put you off, but I found the boldness and care in the preparation appreciable. The service was excellent, fast, and everyone was very friendly.

Today we celebrated my birthday at Cultour Sushi, and it was simply an excellent experience. 5 stars, without a doubt! Impeccable service, very attentive and professional staff. The food quality and flavor were top-notch: everything was fresh, refined, and prepared with great care. We tried the omakase experience with Chef Cris, and it was truly extraordinary. Each course was surprising, balanced in flavor, and presented with great elegance and creativity. An authentic and memorable culinary experience. It was a special evening, and everything contributed to making it even more beautiful. Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is small but well-kept and pleasant. We ate excellent Japanese food, including superb ramen. I recommend booking.

Without further ado, it's the best sushi I've ever had, especially considering it's the first time I've ordered it à la carte. The selection is wide and, above all, many delicious dishes; if I could have, I would have ordered them all. The atmosphere is small but welcoming, and the staff are courteous and friendly. We especially enjoyed the sake and whisky we ordered at the end, a truly excellent finishing touch. I'll definitely be back, perhaps after my salary arrives; these restaurants are a bit pricey.

The quality of the ingredients is remarkable. The menu and off-menu offerings make it difficult to choose, as they are varied and very interesting. The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.
