The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Sushi à la carte, ramen, and udon. Best sushi in Biella. If you're craving ramen, it's highly recommended. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The welcome sample is always delicious, and always a must-try.
