Tried the takeaway service for a quiet dinner at home. Punctual service, excellent food, quality sushi with the possibility of choosing from the most traditional to the more fusion ones with traditional Italian ingredients. The takoyaki and fassona gyoza are really good. Well fried tempura. Price in line with the quality.

Eating at the counter I had the opportunity to see and feel firsthand the passion with which these guys work, as well as obviously tasting what I would dare to call small masterpieces.
The place is not very large, but the architecture and design of the place create an intimate and harmonious environment which, combined with the excellent food, almost teleports you into another dimension.
The menu offers a choice of dishes ranging from classic to the most "extravagant" with combinations of particular flavors that make the experience a real culinary journey.
I would say the experience at this point is more than positive!

Positive experience, the staff is very competent and available to accommodate the customer's needs. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of placing sanitary pads in the bathroom and above all the menu offers well-researched and tasty dishes. I will definitely return.

Sushi Cultur is not the classic "all you can eat" Japanese/cinema restaurant where you go because you are simply hungry, as if to follow the primordial instinct between being full and having spent as little as possible.
Sushi Cultur is an experience that changes the way you eat.
The dishes are refined and complex, even in the most banal dish there is care and research into a balanced flavor that simply isn't there in Biella.
The fish is of excellent quality and above all, if you eat at the counter, it will be possible to see it already clean and ready to be cut, well isolated in the visible refrigerator compartment.
I recommend the salmon tartare with the red beetroot sauce variant (originally served with mango sauce) and the salmon tataki, whose texture melts in your mouth.
Fassona meat is something that amazes.
Meat sushi offers a truly unique diet for those who don't want to taste fish, which you don't expect to find in a sushi boutique.
Fassona meat in every flavour, from mayonnaise to burrata... up to the spicy sauce.
Ideal for taking a break from the usual fish.
Let's talk about the ramen, recently added and also with a vegetarian variant... Truly unique.
You can add additional marinated eggs and meat, of your choice.
A spoon is mandatory to drink all the excellent broth.
Here, the Gyoza are something super.
They can be cooked fried or steamed (classic) and served with correct mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce.
I recommend not eating them as soon as they are served, they are really hot.
The staff is very kind and ready to accommodate your requests in a polite and quick way.
Cleanliness is also essential, always clean gloves and hair covers for those behind the counter.
There are two NEGATIVE things:
There are few seats, so you have to book to get a table without having to find other seats. So it is essential to call within a few hours or even before, to have a secure reservation.
Furthermore, the heating is really low, so you have to wear warm clothes to avoid getting cold.
The staff are organizing themselves to solve this problem, using two small heaters.

Youthful and helpful environment
My wife appreciates the sensitivity towards female needs with a very simple gesture, of the sanitary pads and intimate wipes available in the services
Speaking of food, we found the goodness, in addition to the attention to the raw materials, the research and respect for Italian culture in the dishes
The wait needs improvement, but it's worth it, otherwise we would have gone to an All u can eat restaurant (it has the same difficulty as any crowded restaurant, forgotten or wrong orders)
