One rainy Sunday I decided to try this place. It was a wonderful experience, education and kindness come first not to mention the menu. Let's say little choice but what there is is truly taken care of in every detail, indescribable flavours. Few seats but it is managed perfectly between the kitchen and the dining room. Very welcoming environment, contained and pleasant brightness, friendly and knowledgeable staff, recognizable cuisine with creative notes that characterize it.
Chef with whom I had the opportunity to have a chat: with a clear idea of cooking, the raw materials are of certain excellence, and the presentation of some less obvious products surprises and satisfies.
It's a really nice restaurant, suitable for a romantic dinner, or an informal occasion with friends, as long as you love good food. Sufficiently stocked wine list, although I would expand the foreign ones. Definitely recommended.
Prices in line with the product. Secure parking a stone's throw from the restaurant (parking in the center is not easy) if you arrive by car.

High level culinary experience, local products and imagination were an excellent combination. Elegant structure, professional staff, friendly and attentive to customer needs. The only very small flaw, but due to totally personal taste, the dishes arrive at the table lukewarm, which I personally don't like but I understand that refined presentations may require additional time. Christmas lunch to remember!

The years pass and like good wine Suscettibile improves, starting from an excellence with few rivals. The impression is that there is so much quality, commitment and competence that every time we will be amazed by yet another step forward.
Tested for a private event, I have now also discovered an incredible versatility of service, which adds to the elegance of the experience and the absolute guarantee of extremely refined, simple and balanced food.

Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant has a large outdoor space and a very quiet and elegant interior. Michelin Guide 2023. Here you can find dishes that border on perfection. Excellent quality and service
Wide choice of wines. The menu changes continuously. The very good scheme always seeks innovation in the courses. I highly recommend it. Not cheap but worth it.

More than a dinner we had an experience! The authentic flavors of the food which were enhanced by the combinations and the excellent preparation made us feel the taste of the sea. Tortelli are real treasure chests of goodness! Truly a unique place full of professionalism!
