We went for dinner and got a table without a reservation. The ambiance is lovely, a great restaurant. It was a bit chilly next to the glass wall, but everyone has a different temperature tolerance.
The food was a real treat. Simply fantastic in taste, presented with great care. A work of art with a real flair for refinement. You can immediately tell and taste that a professional chef of the highest caliber is cooking here, someone who knows and loves their craft. Top-notch!!
Now, unfortunately, comes a big BUT. We have never felt so badly treated by a server, namely, by Marco. Yes, I admit, after a long drive, we hadn't dressed up, but do you treat guests in suits differently than those in jeans and a sweater? No smiles, no asking if we wanted anything, no explanation of the dishes, no wine recommendations, snide remarks, and frantic flipping through the wine list to show that I shouldn't take the page number as the price. No attention to detail and a lot of arrogance. The girl was very friendly and accommodating, and she even took over our table when the restaurant started to fill up. I was relieved, but it still bothered me a lot because I've never experienced service like that before. It's a real shame.

A hidden garden in the city center where you can enjoy an excellent meal and an unusual location, surrounded by a glass structure.
The venue is cutting-edge and welcoming, the staff extremely friendly, and the menu offers limited choices, undoubtedly to ensure quality. The first courses are excellent, but the second courses were less convincing. The dessert, with truffle gelato, is delicious. I recommend it!

I found this restaurant by chance, while looking for a place in Salerno for a nice birthday dinner with my boyfriend. The website immediately captivated me; the reservation process was very convenient, directly online; I also disclosed a significant food allergy. While vacationing in Salerno, I was able to discover a part of the city I hadn't seen before, near the main shopping street.
The restaurant appears hidden behind an archway that conceals a path lined with climbing plants and string lights. Following the path, a large glass door leads into the restaurant. From there, the wait staff led us to a glass-enclosed veranda surrounded by climbing plants.
We chose the tasting menu, which the website calls "Local Cuisine," to allow the chef to fully express himself, given the premise that had piqued my curiosity. The experience began with a welcome dish of a beetroot millefeuille and a truly unique wafer. Next up was a fish tartare (amberjack in our case) with sea chlorophyll and quinoa: the texture of the fish was fantastic, as was the sea chlorophyll, and the quinoa, in wafer form, gave the dish a crunchy texture.
Next came the HIGHLIGHT of the course, in our opinion, which I called "one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in my life"; it left us speechless from the first bite. SANNIO BEEF MIX, YEAST, AND GIARDINIERA: a minced beef (incredible quality) topped with caper leaves, resting on a bed of giardiniera brunoise with a fantastic brewer's yeast sauce that made the dish simply perfect. It's definitely hard to beat the sensations this dish left in us, even thinking about it today.
Later, after a debate with my boyfriend over what kind of dish to expect, a beautiful plate of fresh stuffed pasta arrived: tortelli filled with shrimp tartare, atop a sour cream bisque. Two contrasts in this dish: the warm tortelli and the cold tartare filling, and the strong, flavorful bisque and the sour cream that tones down the strong flavors at the end of each bite. The penultimate dish, which I was so eager to try I forgot to photograph, was Pescato al sale, vino bianco e melanzana (salted fish, white wine, and eggplant on the website menu, but I believe that, depending on seasonality and availability, it has been replaced with eggplant). Another great dish: tuna belly with a sort of salt jelly in fillets on top, a white wine sauce (delicious), and a cube of eggplant wrapped in molasses (I'm not a fan of eggplant, but this was truly superb).
The meal concluded with a fantastic bowl of cream parfait with a strawberry base and small pastries (equally delicious).
Finally, I'd like to highlight the restaurant's homemade bread, especially the focaccia; I don't think I've ever tasted anything so good.
A special mention goes to the super professional and knowledgeable wait staff; we requested a wine pairing with each course, and it exceeded our expectations.
At the end of the dinner, the Chef stopped by our table and explained his cooking philosophy as well as how to make focaccia (which we'll never be able to replicate at home).
Highly recommended for the quality of the products used, the thoughtful pairings, the professionalism of the staff, and the price, accessible to anyone who just wants to sit down and enjoy an excellent dish. The tasting menu is also very affordable.

We went for our anniversary dinner while being on vacation to the amalfi coast and we did not regret our decision! The staff was amazing and super sweet and it was easy to communicate with them without a problem. The food, it's small portion but worth it, the totoneli shrimp a+ and same for the beef and dessert, everything was amazing and we would go back if ever in Italy again!
