Sundarban Restaurant In Roma

The owner's welcome was unique. The appetizer (lentil and spice soup), byriani, lamb and bread were really good :) Special attention to Bangladeshi cuisine... Very fast service. Nice atmosphere (for those who frequent Indian restaurants...). It's definitely been my favorite in the area since yesterday 😋

There's so many things to improve, borhani was great.

delicious and very cheap restaurant in Rome, We ordered Mutton Vindaloo and Chicken korma with some Naan and Rice..

So recently discovered in the Maranella Torpignattara area! And for me it's worth a visit: the environment is super spartan, there's no attention to detail, in the furnishings, in the presentation of the dishes but... it's all very good! Abundant, good and cheap! Super nice and kind waiters and manager! Very honest prices! In short, a dive into Indian and Bangla cuisine which I recommend because good food must always be rewarded... even if I don't understand why there is never any care given to the decor and atmosphere. You can see that the artistic touch of a woman is missing ☺️

My friend suggested this place, the restaurant was not tidy enough but the food is super delicious. I tried beef biriyani , and it was really good and satisfying. The customer service is also a plus point. I recommend to try.

Very authentic biriyani ✅️✅️ Although it took a little bit time to arrive, but it was worth waiting. I found better biriyani taste here compared to others in Rome

This place has the potential to be the BEST Indian/Bengali restaurant in Rome. BUT they are very inconsistent with the taste. We always order the same things and while one time it's heavenly good, next time it's different. The korma was incredible in the summer, then went mid for some reason for months, now they are back to good. We wanted to order something different last week and got the curry. It was great so we ordered again, completely different, unpleasant even. Same with naan, sometimes it's super good sometimes it's mid. Also sometimes one person gets a bunch of bones, it's imbalanced. I don't know if it changes depending on the chef's mood or if there are too many people in the kitchen but keeping up the standard would be much appreciated as we absolutely love this place.
