Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

Food and service was good, took a bit long (4 hours for 6 course set) and was a bit warm in the room. Otherwise excellent! Enjoyed the wine pairings. Lots of surprise courses.

Fantastic tyrolean restraunt. Very tasty veal and ravioli that we tried. Atmosphere and service above all praises! Dazzling white table clothes, super attentive waitors, candles made that evening unforgettable. We managed to get a table without reservation. It seemed like a table reserved for non reservable guests.))

Chef Alessandro non delude MAI. Quest anno si e’ superato , piatti nuovi e innovativi , gusti ulteriori e oltre le aspettative . Come sempre un esperienza -un percorso - che ti ha immergere in un altra dimensione . Luogo -arredamento -tessuti - porcellane decori fiori . Nulla e’ fuori dal contesto . La preziosa Alessia , come sempre con il suo garbo e umiltà e’ l’elemento di massimo equilibrio di un evento sempre ricercato e puntuale . A Marzo torniamo ☺️Grazie sempre di accoglierci

È stata davvero una bella serata trascorsa a cena a Suinsom. L'atmosfera tirolese di questo posto è ciò che apprezzo molto. Puoi sentirti molto accogliente lì. Il cibo è buono come ti aspetteresti. Nessuno rimarrà deluso. Il lato positivo è che è anche possibile sostituire i piatti di carne con quelli di pesce.

11/04/2025: Fantastic!! What a great location, view and ambience. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it. The owner was charming and inviting. This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here. Also.. Just found this last-minute game changer — it’s an app called TwøDay™ that shows what’s going on near me over the next 48 hours. Restaurant Apostelstube

20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.
09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.
