We had a great meal at suinsom!! We both got the five course rope - spoiler alert it’s more like 11 courses with 2 starters, bread, 1 extra course, pre- dessert and petit fours. Honestly every dish was fantastic. If you’re in Selva, I highly recommend booking dinner here!

Great Michelin star restaurant for this place in the Tyrol hotel in Val Gardena Volkenstein . Good service , very romantic atmosphere and very cosy. Worth the experience . Amazing wine list as well . Loved the pappardelle dish with the meat ragu sauce and the amuse.

We enjoyed our menus! Our daughters the 3 course and we the 6 course! Either the tasty bread came a fishy butter we all did not enjoy but apart from that every dish was very special. I loved the lobster and the tarte tatin. Watch the pictures and enjoy the experience for your palates yourself

Suinsom delivered the best meal I have ever had. We went once and immediately organised our plan to return again. The service is exceptional: warm, intuitive, and perfectly timed. Every course arrives exactly when you’re ready for it, creating a sense of calm and total immersion. The atmosphere is intimate and serene, and the generosity of portions, of bread, of additional courses, is rare in fine dining. The 5 course menu is extraordinary, but the green pici deserves special mention. It is quite simply one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten: deeply flavourful, perfectly textured, and unforgettable. Suinsom is not just a restaurant, it’s a destination. If you’re in the Dolomites, do not miss it.
