In reality, the restaurant's approach is different: the menu focuses primarily on meat, and fish—as the manager explained to me—is only served on special occasions or at specific times. Having clarified this point, the experience was still excellent. The meat is clearly of high quality, well-selected, and cooked with precision. It's cooked correctly, the ingredients are showcased without being overdone, and the portions are appropriate for the setting. Careful attention is evident both in the choice of cuts and in the plating.
