We came to Mantua for a couple of days and, for today's dinner, we relied on the advice of our hotel reception, who suggested the Sucar Brusc restaurant. We couldn't have made a better choice! The environment is welcoming and with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, young, professional and courteous, immediately made us feel at ease, demonstrating great attention to the customer. The cuisine was a real discovery: traditional Mantuan dishes, revisited with creativity and presented in a modern way. Each course was a perfect mix of authentic flavors and innovation, a culinary journey that left us truly satisfied. Another strong point is certainly the wine list, complete and abundant, capable of satisfying every taste and bringing out the best in the dishes offered. Finally, the quality-price ratio is absolutely reasonable, considering the high quality of the food, the service and the overall experience. We highly recommend Sucar Brusc to anyone visiting Mantua: a place where tradition meets modernity in a perfect way. Congratulations to all the staff! 👏

Restaurant included in the Michelin guide found by chance while we were walking hungry through the streets of Mantua. Very attentive service, clean and characteristic place, very good food with a slight surcharge compared to the others nearby (Michelin + quality of the products = it fits). I had the tagliatelle with white duck ragù: incredible!

Sicuramente è un indirizzo da ci siderale quando a Mantova. Personale molto gentile e attento. Si mangia bene forse solo qualche piccola sbavatura della cucina (piatti purtroppo freddi) e scelta al bicchiere non troppo performante. Sicuramente torneremo
