Sublime In Tolfa

The food was excellent. We had an appetizer for two of extra-large cured meats and cheeses; there was everything, and everything was high quality. And then we had the pappardelle with wild boar ragù...with a whole wild boar inside 😁. The pappardelle were delicious! They were very kind, and the place was very nice and welcoming. In short, if you're passing through Tolfa, it's worth a pit stop. Well done, well done, well done👏👏👏

A small trattoria that I'd call a true "gastronomic shop." Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the sandwiches with porchetta or various cold cuts, and the first courses. Truly high-quality ingredients, generous portions at fair prices. In my opinion, it's the best place in Tolfa for a truly delicious lunch or dinner without spending too much.

Siamo arrivati al locale al termine della seconda tappa del Cammino tra Terra e Mare. Giorno di Pasqua, unico locale aperto. Una coppia di amici alle 12.30 aveva chiesto di pranzare e gli è stato detto di tornare alle 15.30. Alle 14 ci siamo uniti e visti alcuni tavoli vuoti abbiamo chiesto se potevamo pranzare. Ci è stato risposto che potevano farci solo dei panini e abbiamo ringraziato e accettato. Presi i panini abbiamo chiesto di poterli mangiare al tavolo. La risposta è statao di no altrimenti dovevano farci pagare il coperto. Non è stato piacevole sentirselo dire, come se non ce lo potessimo permettere. Se ci avesse accolto da subito oltre a pagare il coperto avremmo senz'altro consumato da bere o altro.
