As soon as we entered, we were immediately greeted with harmony and a warm welcome. This small location, yet with authentic and exquisite flavors, offers authentic and exquisite flavors. We started with a platter of everything they produce. All served on a bed of mixed salad, borage, and much more. Delicious cold cuts and cheeses, but especially their own Colonnata lard. We continued with gnocchi with wild boar ragù, exquisitely served in a small black pan. A generous portion of "coppa" (a type of blanket) was what we requested, with lots of local pecorino cheese. Balanced flavors, excellent savory flavors. No one flavor overpowered the other. One forkful leads to another, Saudis. We then continued with lamb chops, a black and white sausage. Local dogs from breeders bring authentic flavors to the restaurant. One thing I want to say: the feeling you get sitting in this place, overlooking the street, with various sliced ​​hams in full view, and a waiter always ready to come at the slightest hint. One smile after another led us to the end of a dinner that was nothing short of sensational. I want to thank the staff for their wonderful service and the kitchen for transforming excellent raw materials into exquisite food. We discovered this delightful trattoria while strolling through the center of Tolfa. The place is small and incredibly cozy. There's a roaring fireplace and traditional local cuisine. We had a wonderful time, I recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.
