But don't rush: the full meal takes several hours, so the secret is to savor each dish without rushing to move on to the next. Throughout the menu, you'll find deliciously composed dishes – some of which turned out to be among the best we've ever had in Italy! The service is excellent, everyone is kind and friendly. The view is beautiful, the restaurant is simple but very well thought out. All of this, combined with Pietro's friendliness and welcoming atmosphere, made us feel at home. We left the restaurant rolling from eating so much (the menu is large and the service is generous), but with our hearts full because of the wonderful moments we experienced there. We will cherish this experience and hope to repeat it when we return to Sardinia.

Fantastic experience! Besides the truly delicious food, the owner Pietro truly made us feel at home, treating us with great kindness and hospitality. We ate the very generous set menu, sampling all the delicacies of Sardinia's inland region! Definitely the place to try porcetto and many other specialties.
