Studio Pasta Paisanella In Salerno

We ate here almost every week for our five month stay in the area. The owner was amazingly friendly, and the food was always delicious. He introduced us to amatriciana, bolognese, pasta alla gricia, and delicious ways to prepare mozzarella and fresh tomato. He even got us to eat seafood, which is quite the feat. Studio Pasta was not just a restaurant to us. It became a respite from the chaos for our little family. Giorgio, thank you for everything. I'm sorry we left on such short notice without saying goodbye. A family emergency took us away. We miss you and hope you are doing well!

Best carbonara we've ever had! Giorgio cooked for us and we could lern all about pasta. High recommondations - we definitely come back! :)

Just amazing, little hidden gem. Make sure you pop in 💗 I had tomato pasta with pancetta and when I asked they also added some olives to it. One of the most flavourful sauces I had in a while. Also, there’s a fantastic service, so welcoming and friendly. Grazie mille.

Strongly advise to go here, me and my husband has pasta limone con cozze and alla matriciana, delicios both! The pasta was fresh , tasty and strong flavours
