This restaurant specializes in meat dishes and local cuisine. We tried the dumplings, the Venetian grilled cheese, a local sausage, and the fried chicken—all excellent! Excellent selection of wines and beers. I didn't try desserts, but I heard they were homemade. Very friendly staff and a charming restaurant in typical Alpine style.

Great place for a nice meat dinner! In winter, it feels just like a mountain retreat for a delicious dinner. Reopening in winter 2025!

La Stube del Patriarca restaurant is now a tradition every ski season in Val di Zoldo. Year after year, we return, and it always welcomes us with that warm, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere that makes it one of the most special spots in the area. The meat is simply spectacular: flavorful, juicy, and served Alpine-style, with care and generosity. A perfect place to recharge after a day of skiing and indulge in Italian mountain hospitality. We will definitely be back. As always.
