30/11/2025: Overall, a good experience. I frequent this place often. Today, the vending machine wasn't working, so I wasted some time, causing the line to get longer. In my opinion, there's too much seating, which made the place very noisy and chaotic. The staff was efficient, although there wasn't much interaction between staff and customers.
The food was decent, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the sandwich: the chicken was practically tasteless; the only flavor I could taste was the sauce and a bit of salad. The fries and sweet and sour sauce, on the other hand, were good; the drink—I ordered a Coke—was very diluted and not very carbonated.
The bathrooms were very large, accessible to children and people with disabilities; the doors were very heavy and difficult to move.
30/11/2025: Good experience. I often go to McDonald's, and the self-service checkouts often don't work, especially the discount scanner. Today I waited 10 minutes because, as always, the place was busy, and two checkouts were out of order. At one, you could scan the QR code, and it would load for minutes before returning to the main screen without saying anything.
The tables are all crowded together to accommodate more people, but for safety reasons, it's not ideal. The bathroom doors are very heavy, and the bathrooms have smaller sinks for children, which is a good thing if the kids are strong enough to reach the bathroom.
Good food, good deals, but the staff, in my opinion, is not worth mentioning because communication is poor, especially if you pay at the self-service checkouts.
