Convivial Osteria Teramana, with tables inside under the brick vaults, and outside with a view towards the greenery.
Good roasts and tripe. The evening we were there they also had the classic Teramo style guitar with pallottelle (very small meatballs), exceptional!
If you're in the neighborhood, I recommend it.

Siamo tornati in questa osteria dopo la piacevole esperienza dello scorso anno. Il cibo si è mantenuto ottimo, con ampie porzioni. Unica nota negativa il servizio molto lento e confusionario. Camerieri giovani e gentili ma non sufficienti per il numero di coperti. Prezzi buoni.
Se ci fosse una miglioria sui tempi di attesa sarebbe un posto da 5 stelle!

We chose this Osteria after various research on what could be the most suitable place for our wedding lunch.
If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would do so immediately.
Given that the guests, including the spouses, numbered 22 people and also given that among the 22 there were two people with celiac disease, the food exceeded all expectations.
-FOOD-
- Starters: A choice of flavors and a composition chosen by the management which made a table of 22 hungry and hot people smile and rejoice. Special and tasty fried cheese: mouth watering.
-First course: Typical Teramo style guitar with "pallotte" sauce. The kitchen was so skilled in proposing and plating this dish that the bride's family, coming from the Pescara area and surrounding areas, explicitly said that they had never eaten such a good and special dish. Encores and trios were requested at will.
-Seconds: Arrosticini so good that they are not heavy and so tasty to eat alone. Dizzying shin, difficult to keep from becoming stringy or heavy to swallow; Osteria Strabacco succeeded in everything, accompanying this dish with a side dish of potatoes which were also mouth watering.
-Sweet: Catalan cream, a proposal from the management that was able to match the tastes of those present without batting an eyelid. Very good, obviously.
-SERVICE-
-Starting from the organization dated almost a month before, both spouses interfaced with a real angel called Valeria.
Valeria knew how to organize everything down to the smallest detail, mix professionalism and familiarity, and make a wedding lunch, deliberately "family and friends", warm and welcoming.
Valeria was able to anticipate and foresee all the needs and requests of the guests, starting from the encores on food with drink refills and up to the requests of our celiac guests.
You will surely read this review, and it is right that you know how much you made us feel at ease and how much praise all 22 people present had.
-The cuisine surprised and amazed everyone, far exceeding expectations. The boys knew how to cook and plate dishes with the typical flavors of our city, so much so that we forgot we were in a tavern and made us feel as if we were at home.
Even more special was the attention to cuisine for celiacs: our celiac guests explicitly said they had never eaten such good dishes.
-ENVIRONMENT-
The Osteria respected all the criteria and requests from the spouses and their families.
A fresh environment, a long table placed in the center of the room with tables set aside for confetti and gifts on request.
The Strabacco staff and, above all, Valeria allowed us to complete a beautiful experience, the crown of a love story that has lasted for years, with an organization and cuisine worthy of the praise heaped upon it.

Strabacco è un locale a due passi dal centro di Teramo e dispone sia di una sala interna che di uno bello spazio esterno. I piatti, vicini sia alla tradizione laziale (vedi le pinze) che a quella abruzzese e teramana, sono vari, gustosi e abbondanti. Lo staff è cordiale ma spesso poco attento al cliente motivo per cui il servizio è un po' lento. Nonostante questo aspetto ci tornerei e ve lo consiglierei!
