Here you can find fresh stuffed and non-stuffed pasta, ready meals and various sauces, from the legendary green bath to the red one, not to forget the fabulous bagna cauda. The owner and staff, kind and friendly, know how to guide you in choosing typical and genuine products. If you pass through Moncalvo, the pasta factory is a must.

22/12/2024: I went to this place for dinner. Owner organized the vegan dinner for us. It was the best. Tasty and very Piedmontese dishes. Nice environment. There was a fireplace lit next to it. There is the possibility of buying own-produced honey.
13/10/2024: We had a really good time. We had a beautiful day, we highly recommend it.
