Excellent bakery offering traditional Sanremo products. As you can see from the photos, the leavening and baking are excellent (something that's no longer a given). Great price and very friendly staff.

The focaccia is delicious, greasy but not overly so, and it's easy to eat bite after bite. I was expecting something closer to the great Ligurian classics, but I enjoyed it.

Antico forno vicino al Portovecchio di Sanremo, abbiamo provato i due tipi do focaccia, bassa e piu alta, oltre alla sardinara. Molto buona la sardinara e la focaccia bassa, quella alta meno buona. Molto saporito e ben cotto il pane, con lo stesso impasto della focaccia bassa.

02/09/2025: An experience to repeat, an ideal place to try typical Ligurian dishes. They seated us even though we didn't have a reservation, and that's appreciated. We'll definitely return to try other dishes on the menu, which changes regularly based on availability.
