Stonehenge Pub In Filadelfia

Francesco and Marisa are 2 excellent hosts. This place is a glimpse of my childhood and has only gotten better over the years. One of a kind location, a must-visit place.

4.6 star review (more five than four), located in the remote village of Filadelfia, Calabria, it is a club/pub with a very welcoming atmosphere, excellent music and a fantastic location. really excellent food (I recommend the light "tropea experience" pizza even for dinner and it is delicious); the staff is very responsive and kind (especially the redhead/brunette girl who loves the Tropea experience) and the service is excellent.

We arrived straight from the airport tired , we were served food straight away and enjoyed a good nights sleep in a clean air conditioned room. The pizzas were fabulous, we now live here and must come back for more of your food. Excellent thank you

Staying one night at the Residenza l'Antico Borgo, we took advantage of the cuisine of this restaurant, located in the same structure. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and generous quantities of the dishes suggested and meticulously described by the dining room staff. After an excellent typical appetizer, we enjoyed some "filatiedi" (filatelli or fileja) with porcini mushrooms (sorry not to have tried them 'nduja style, but not all of us ate spicy at the table) and an excellent Florentine steak weighing almost a kilo (divided in two ). The choice of beers available is also notable. Equally pleasant, finally, in relation to the final price.

A little hidden but truly delightful place, stone interiors with an architectural style between past and contemporary, varied menu ranging from a good pizza to excellent sandwiches, the staff is polite and kind and enriches this space within the pretty town of Philadelphia. I would like to point out the numerous evenings including Latin and game evenings. I left satisfied and I warmly recommend this little pearl of Calabria.
