Top, seid ein paar Jahren vertrauen wir dem Koch und lassen uns mit dem Menu verwöhnen, einfach Klasse. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, nur positiv überrascht - M. Wollte heute die Küche Räubern.

Bar and restaurant right on the slopes – perfect location for a break in between. However, I can only give it 4 stars because the staff was unfortunately a bit unfriendly. In addition, the cookies from the counter were placed on the plate with bare hands, which is not ideal from a hygienic perspective.

It seems to be in Manhattan but it is the Aurina valley. This is not your usual mountain venue but an experience worth having. You will not find the usual dishes but a particular fusion between local cuisine and Asian cuisine. Limited but excellent quality menu. The venue is gorgeous, truly worth seeing, it is an architectural work of art. Definitely put on your list of places to dine!

Food tasted good, unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not okay. We ate the ramen noodles 3 times and the curry once (€17.90 each) with the topping “SHRIMP” for the hefty price of €6.90 extra per dish. We received the plate with exactly one shrimp in it and that's why I thought the €6.90 was excessive. I passed my complaint on to the service staff, unfortunately all I got was the answer that she passed it on, unfortunately nothing happened. It's a shame, price-performance doesn't fit.

Exceptional! The mix of starters for two people is recommended, very refined. Super Japanese pancake, like the dessert, very particular. Just the slightly more mundane Japanese fried chicken. Excellent aperitif with liche and yuzo. The portions are "gourmet" but we didn't leave hungry. We spent €80 for two people, it was worth it all.

Haben dort gestern das Sylvestermenü genossen. Sechs Gänge, jeder ein Erlebnis, auch die vegetarischen Alternativen wirklich sensationell. Alles auf den Punkt zubereitet. Unglaublich aufmerksamer Service. Sehr gute Weinbegleitung, hier vielleicht der einzige Kritikpunkt: warum kommen im Weinland Südtirol 2 der4 Weine aus Deutschland? Alles in allem ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Highlight.

07/05/2025: Unfortunately, the opening times on Google are not correct. We assumed that it would be open all day because Google says so. After we had already ordered a drink, we were informed that the pizzaria was only open until 2 p.m. and so we couldn't order a pizza, which was a shame. Out of necessity we ordered spaetzle and goulash, both of which were okay. Please update the opening hours for the restaurant online 🙏
02/05/2025: Delicious fresh food, very good pizza and schnitzel. A cold beer to go with it ;)

15/04/2025: A large, free parking lot directly in front of the restaurant ensures a comfortable journey. The food is not only very tasty, but also varied, with large portions at fair prices. In addition, the staff is friendly and strives to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. A small disadvantage is the high number of visitors - the restaurant is often very busy. This can mean that you have to share a large table with five or six strangers. Nevertheless, you can usually find a seat quickly, especially if you arrive a little before 12 p.m. Overall, a recommendable restaurant with good food, friendly service and a practical parking situation - a worthwhile choice despite the high demand!
07/04/2025: For the work lunch break it's perfect, fast, professional staff, you eat South Tyrolean cuisine and every now and then some different dishes, value for money among the best in Bolzano, during the week they make the work menu.
