Non è certamente il locale con le caratteristiche del posto ma di un Nord dei Balcani. Siamo in Italia ma come succede nel versante Piemontese prima la seconda lingua, che per loro è la prima, poi l’Italiano comunque cibo ottimo per qualità e cura della presentazione. Gewürztraminer con il bel bouquet e alla giusta temperatura. Prezzi un po’ su per il posto geografico ma in linea per la struttura del Ristorante. Perché allora quella votazione? Perché non mi sono sentita a casa, purtroppo però è una sensazione che ormai ho da 40 anni da quando vengo in villeggiatura nelle valli del Nord dove la prima lingua è il tedesco.

Stochas itself doesn't know what it is. Haute cuisine or premium burger shop. The starters - in our case a mixed starter plate and ravioli with prawns - were everything you could possibly go wrong with, some tasteless, others massively oversalted or far too sour. The whole thing is nicely prepared, but first and foremost the taste should be right. The burgers were really very good and among the best we have ever eaten. The service is very good. The ladies are friendly, attentive, quick and know about the selection. The atmosphere was very nice, unfortunately the air conditioning was apparently broken and it was very hot.

The staff was friendly, the food was of good quality even if it was quite expensive, the environment is unfortunately not the best because, although in a very beautiful location, the site where it is located is not as pleasant and peaceful

Good restaurant with a refined - but not sophisticated - approach to food Typical cuisine of the Aurina valley. The specialty is certainly the meat, delicious tartare and steaks from noteworthy local animals. We ate an entrecote and a fillet, both delicious and cooked to perfection, without being asked how we wanted them, this is a big plus for me. High quality wine list, very pleasant and modern venue, friendly and polite staff. Maybe we waited a little too long to eat, but - as I was saying - the place is very pleasant. We will definitely be back to try other interesting cuts.

Ate beautifully T bone excellent cooking perfectly combined with sauces with courgettes and slightly spicy cherry tomatoes. Garden salad. Pinot Noir To finish, two unique desserts. Chocolate, pear and vanilla mousse with mint and elderberry sorbet

From the food to the service, everything was top! An absolute recommendation.

Locale ricercato e curatissimo a Cadipietra, nel cuore della Valle Aurina, poco distante dal Museo delle Miniere. Fa cucina locale sempre con preparazioni particolari, e cucina fusion. Il servizio è attento anche alle persone celiache con varie offerte senza glutine. Carne ottima!
