Stella Maris In Bogliasco

We stopped for lunch. It's more of a bar than a restaurant, with a decent menu but the food is mediocre. The two first courses we ordered were nothing special, just like the restaurants nearby. The young man who served us was very friendly, but finding waiters like that, after all, dispels the myth that Ligurians aren't friendly.

A getaway to Bogliaccio. The view is splendid, the restaurant is excellent, the dishes are fresh and tasty. The frito mixo is super good. And the welcome is incredible. Thank you.

Nice view, friendly and fast staff but the fried anchovies were very dry.. and no sauce was served

I have already been there twice, excellent trofie with pesto, fried anchovies, light and dry fried squid. Excellent service, especially Monica's kindness, I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Bogliasco

Many negative reviews talk about lack of service. I imagine it could be physiological in high season, given the size of the place. Today we ate very well and the service was impeccable (I point out to the "keyboard lions" that often being kind to the waiters helps everyone, as well as making the world a little better). The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the product and the spectacular location: expecting to spend as much in a tourist place as a kebab in the suburbs denotes, in my opinion, total inability to judge. The chat with the owner and her partner at the end of lunch is the icing on the cake of an extremely positive experience so far. Well done!!!
