We met the fantastic chef, the service was fresh fish but above all cooked with skill. The whole dinner was an unforgettable experience, highly recommended and worth trying.

What can I say??? It was a true experience! Delicious food, original and elegant yet high-quality preparations. Excellent service, both in terms of manner and attention. You can't miss it! We returned twice during our three-day stay in Galatina.

Well, we're talking about fine dining here. Personally, I enjoyed a dinner that, as an experience, is one of the closest I've ever come to those at Michelin-starred restaurants. First of all, the magical place, located inside the Tartaro shopping center right in the city center, across from the cinema, on the top floor of the building, gives me that feeling of having to deserve to get there 🤣. Jokes aside, it's easily accessible even for the laziest, via convenient glass elevators, so if you're bringing along someone obsessed with Instagram stories, they'll be happy 🕺🏻. The interior exudes elegance, attention to detail, and beauty. Stunning venue, comfortable seating, a quiet and classy atmosphere, topped off by attentive staff, always present but always discreet and never intrusive. A fantastic menu, with sensational meat and seafood options, but first, an entrée that... mmm, just the entrée gives you a sense of what awaits you next. The cuisine is perfect in both aesthetics and flavor, with modern presentations and clever pairings. Fried food is so dry and crispy that there wasn't even a drop on the plate. In short, there's a saying in Salento that perfectly describes the place: "Pachi na cosa de chiui, ma nu te resta niente." Go, eat, enjoy. Excellent seafood dinner: the raw fish for the appetizer was truly excellent, impossible to get enough of; the salt-baked prawns were fresh and well-prepared, and the monkfish was very tasty for the main courses. A good Gewürztraminer and a truly amazing sorbet made with non-dairy cream and lemon. The staff was kind and helpful, but due to a mishap, they delayed serving us, and then it turned out the tuna was sold out. To make up for it, they doubled the appetizer price. We appreciated it. The bill isn't cheap, but overall, I'd say it's fair. I certainly hope to return.

What a dinner! Everything was delicious, generous portions, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back on my next vacation in Salento!

A dinner that truly moved us! The passion and attention of the owner, Mino, and the entire staff are rare and precious qualities. The fish, incredibly fresh and sourced from the historic family fishmonger, in business for over 125 years, won us over: authentic and unforgettable flavors that alone are worth the trip to Galatina. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, and the kindness of the staff makes the experience even more special. We can't wait to return and be surprised by new dishes!

An emotional dinner. The attention paid by the owner, Mino, and the rest of the staff is truly rare. As for the food, what can I say? We'll return to Galatina just to savor those unforgettable flavors. Super fresh fish from the family fishmonger, in business for 125 years. We can't help but think about the deliciousness of the food we tasted and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A well-kept and very welcoming location. We can't wait to come back and try more!
