We visited this restaurant recommended by friends at the end of June. The atmosphere is elegant and pleasant, right on the seafront. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the food was truly delicious and excellent value! The service was a bit unstable—a good 40 minutes passed between the first and second courses—but I highly recommend it!

Every year we come to Porto San Giorgio, Stella Adriatica is our favorite place, both for the beach and the restaurant. Impeccable ingredients, attentive and courteous service. Excellent in every way. I highly recommend you come. We had the opportunity to meet the chef, a delightful and helpful person! See you all next year!

I've read the negative reviews of this place, and with great compassion I can say that if you're starving, don't order, get up and go get a sandwich without denigrating those who work at the top of their game. The seafood here is exceptional, the setting elegant and right on the beach, both lunch and dinner are excellent, but I recommend dinner for the atmosphere. The selection of white and rosé wines should be expanded, in my opinion, and the cocktails are exceptional.

At the end of July, we tried our luck at Stella Adratica in Porto S. Giorgio without a reservation, and we were rewarded. There were only seats in the garden, and we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable due to the weather, but luckily that wasn't the case. Initially, the restaurant was sparsely attended, but this changed within half an hour. In addition to many tourists, there were also a few guests from Porto S. Giorgio, which pleased me greatly. Unfortunately, as we've discovered in many restaurants since then, the menu is only available via QR code, which doesn't suit my personal preferences at all. The menu is extensive, but not overloaded. We opted for the Tartar di Gambero rosso and a selection of appetizers, where each dish was served on its own plate. The Tartar di Gambero rosse was excellent, delicately freshly sliced with a crunch from the pistachios. The variation consisted of sautéed squid salad with cozze, pan-fried scallop with purée, and pan-fried octopus. All three dishes were harmonious and well-seasoned. We personally preferred the sautéed squid with cozze. The main course consisted of tortellone nero and spaghetto battua with gambero rosso. Both dishes were excellent. Dessert: a millefoglie and a cestino croccante with ice cream. Both were good, but not as convincing as the starters and main courses. The service was OK, but could have been a bit more attentive. Ordering was a bit tedious at the beginning, especially since there were only two employees taking orders. For wine lovers, there is a large and very extensive selection. Compliments

Location sicuramente elegante, personale educatissimo ed in genere una impressione di assoluta professionalità. Tris di antipastini ma soprattutto uno spaghettone aglio, olio , peperoncino e gamberi rossi di mazzara …… eccezionali !!!!! Bravi
