I've been coming to the Steinerhof in Pfelders since 2003 and, after a long break, I've returned with a friend. The entire Hofer family is characterized by their warmth and hospitality. Even after nine years, it feels like "coming home." The apartments are spacious and have great balconies for enjoying the beautiful view. The biggest highlight is the rides with the fantastic Haflinger horses, lovingly trained by Alberich and his daughters. Thanks to the attentive guidance of the family members, we quickly gained confidence on horseback in the challenging terrain of Pfelders. The family's farm tavern is also highly recommended. Katy prepares delicious dishes using regional and home-grown products. You once again made our stay something special - thank you very much, we look forward to seeing you again soon.😊

Il ristorante si trova in centro al piccolo paese di Plan in val Passiria. È molto accogliente e arredato in stile rustico, tutto in legno. Il personale molto gentile. I piatti tipici sono gustosi e abbondanti e a base di prodotti a km 0. Le carni provengono dall'allevamento di famiglia. La cuoca Katy è molto brava ad usare gli ingredienti per i piatti tipici! Ottimi i dolci. Per finire il proprietario signor Alberich propone l'assaggio delle sue grappe a base di erbe e radici autoprodotte, vere medicine, naturalmente senza esagerare. Consigliato a chi ama i piatti rustici.

Exceptional welcome in this farmhouse by a fantastic family. Very large and well-kept apartment in an old 400-year-old farmhouse, with all comforts. Excellent cleaning. The dinners with 0 km products are very tasty. Typical local dishes presented very well. The cook Katy is really good. They also have a nice riding stable and various other animals. Advised.

Very hospitable, delicious food and great rooms. Super professional riding lessons for every level. Always a highlight in Pfelders. P.s. The goulash was delicious☺️
