Fantastic welcome, excellent appetizers and excellent meat. The strong point of the place is certainly the service. The waiter "Ciro" made us live a 360 degree experience, really nothing to complain about. We will definitely return!

Colantuono's has been in business for more than ten years, and they are years of continuous growth and continuous improvement. Without changing skin and without chasing trends, without boring but innovating while remaining faithful to the original inspiration: proposing the tradition of local cuisine through the excellence of the territory (with some forays outside the region too), together with the high quality of the selection of meats (beef , pork, lamb...) and respect for this raw material in the cutting and cooking experience. Five stars not only for his career, but for the present - and this is his sincere wish for the future too.
You can find tradition right from the selection of starters, from the delicious mozzarella to the beef carpaccio. And the first courses: from the Genoese to the very classic ragù and the gnocchi terrine (but there is also room for tonnarelli and pappardelle, risottos, porcini mushrooms and black truffle). The selection of meats, always wide, does not want to amaze either with a trip around the world or with special effects, but rather with the simplicity of the essentials: look at the open counter to directly choose your favorite cut.
And there is always room for dessert, never banal even in the most classic versions of cheesecake, tiramisu, semifreddo. Be careful then: it can become a "fixed" appointment... for those who live in Naples as well as for those who discover the city for the first time and already want to return to experience it.

The meat is excellent. Various quality cuts and above all of all types. I highly recommend it. I go often and always return with great pleasure. The owner is increasingly kind and welcoming.

Calda ed accogliente location nel quartiere vomero. Posizionato in una zona poco trafficata, ma quando si supera la soglia di ingresso, si capisce subito di essere in un posto dove vale la pena mangiare. L'accoglienza dei proprietari, e del loro staff, ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Il menù, naturalmente a base di carne, svaria dagli ottimi panini, ai primi e, naturalmente, ai secondi di carne che sono il punto forte della casa. Ci sono qualità di carne per tutti i palati e per tutte le tasche (la qualità si paga). Buona selezione di vini (campani e non) e birre, nonché di ottimi dolci (buonissima la cheesecake con frutti di bosco). Prezzi onesti, naturalmente, visto il costo di alcuni tagli di carne é per molti, ma non per tutti. In definitiva un bel posto dove poter mangiare e bere bene in compagnia.

In general we had a good time. Good meat and desserts. We also took grilled vegetables, but they didn't bring salt, pepper, vinegar, glaze or bread. I would recommend going, but don't take 0.7 cl water at 3.5 euros and especially no bitters at 7 euros.
