Let's say it's nice and good, but I'll explain in detail because there are some negatives. The food quality is average, the selection is very wide, so I'll give it 4 stars instead of 3 for the food. The environment is always clean and well-kept, since I go here quite often. Even the bathrooms are rarely dirty. Nothing to complain about here, 5 stars. Now we come to the 2 biggest problems: the service would be 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that they push their trap for tourists or even for locals who are coming here for the first time. Let's say that if you order any drink, first of all they don't ask the size and they always order the largest, i.e. the most expensive one, so always specify the size. Then, for any drink, they will try to tell you verbally if you want any add-ons (such as caramel, cream, chocolate, vanilla, various biscuit flavors) and so on, without saying how much they cost or, in fact, without telling you the price of each of them. This is a big trap since I fell for it the first time and paid about 4 euros more, which is not a small amount. It would be right to write the add-ons on the screen so the customer first knows what they can add to their drink by reading, and then next to it the price of each added item, it makes a better impression. Therefore, I will give the service 3 stars. The second problem is with the food in general. Let's say the quality is always average, but the prices are even more insane than the drinks. Drinks are already a bit overpriced for what they are (especially coffees and refreshments), and the food is even more so. A ham and cheese sandwich costs a whopping 8 euros, while other sandwiches with nothing inside can reach up to 11 euros. Packaged sandwiches cost 5 euros, small packaged juices cost 4 euros, muffins cost 4 euros, and a tiny piece of brownie or cake costs 6-8 euros. I think the only people who order food here are tourists who aren't very familiar with the prices. I understand trying to make money by ripping off tourists, this move is already a failure, but it's definitely exaggerated, the prices on food should literally be halved at the very least, to have an already "decent" price. In fact, listen to me if you're reading this, you would actually sell more, trust me, a lot more than by charging such high prices, even for food that is, in fact, average. Good yes, but you're still a bar, not a luxury pastry shop.

Nice place, clean and impeccably kept (it's fairly new so still in excellent condition); the products are typical of the Starbucks chain; personally, I enjoy them! The prices are obviously high compared to a coffee or cappuccino, but I think they should be compared to a frappé. For a large place (two floors), there's limited seating (many are comfortable sofas but they take up a lot of space) and they stay full for a long time because people sit down to use the Wi-Fi and stay for hours without a single drink; typical of Starbucks, but this creates difficulties for those who just want to sit down to drink and then leave.

I recently visited Starbucks, and aside from the impeccable cleanliness, I can't say I was satisfied. Personally, I don't particularly appreciate the American style and found it unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't to my liking either. I found the flavor significantly below my expectations for a café that bills itself as a specialty coffee shop. I also had a negative experience with the cashier. The person serving me was distracted and inattentive, making the service slow and cumbersome. I think a more attentive and attentive staff would make a difference. Finally, the prices are significantly above average for what's offered. In my opinion, they don't justify the quality of the products and service I received. In short, aside from the clean environment, I wouldn't return to this Starbucks.
