It's nice that you can get a drink/eat downstairs and then go upstairs if you want and there are tables and chairs where you can get to work/study.
It's great that while you're at the tables above, the staff passes by to ask for any other orders without you having to get up and go back downstairs to possibly queue again.
A little less pleasant is the fact that, being a place in the centre, in a very popular tourist spot with free access, a homeless man came to ask for alms among the tables, bringing with him a very strong smell of poop and pee that made one's stomach turn. to the whole room 😂 once this "unforeseen" thing was removed, a positive experience that I would gladly repeat, a great situation, I had never been to Starbucks

All in all good food, no service, dirty tables that have remained dirty for a long time, the counter workers don't care to tell you that the cream or anything else are additions that you pay extra for, which perhaps seem included to a person or take it for granted that you want them the large glass and they don't even ask you which one you prefer. I believe that in addition to speed, professionalism is also needed, because losing 10 seconds more with a customer I don't think it changes much and the customer will be more satisfied...

The venue offers the typical experience of the brand: a welcoming and clean environment, ideal for study or work. Flavored coffees are an interesting alternative to the classic Italian coffee shop.
