Warm and welcoming atmosphere. A chain that gives customers peace of mind. Fast, polite, and clean. Everything you need for breakfast. Prices are above average, but well-known.

The baristas and all the staff are very kind. I really like the chai latte, which I don't easily find in other coffee shops. The only downside is that a lot of people stay there for hours after they've finished eating/drinking, while those who want to sit down and enjoy the products themselves can't find a seat.

Excellent environment for studying. Prices are quite high compared to the average (brioche €2). During peak hours, it's difficult to find a table due to the large crowds.

Iced coffee latte is very affordable, if I'm not mistaken the largest one is 3.50. The space is quite large for having coffee or even using a computer (the upstairs area is better for that). Clean bathrooms in the city center, it's worth buying something to use if needed. I studied there once and didn't like it that much because there are always teenagers talking loudly, so I recommend it more for a casual outing.

Fast and great service, the attendants spoke very good English. The food selection is way better than in other countries, all the different kinds of filled croissants and sandwiches are superb. It's also very spacious which is surprising in the middle of a busy city center.

11/11/2025: We went on a fair day... they were very prepared for the large crowds. We didn't have to wait long, and the food was good, well-made, and reasonably priced.
