A welcoming, quaint place that, after so many years, maintains its quality. Excellent and varied selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles (one of the few places in the area where you can find Franziskaner Weizen on tap!). Delicious dishes and sandwiches, generous portions. A pleasant and engaging atmosphere, especially on special evenings. Also suitable for families with children.

Excellent food, delicious meat. You absolutely must try the TOP burgers, the TOP cutlet, the TOP fries, and the TOP sausages (various types). The waiters are knowledgeable and friendly. Marco (the owner) is a guarantee! He's been running this business for decades, and it's gotten better and better over the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I'm reluctantly editing this review. I've been to this place often for music nights and quizzes. Nothing to complain about the events: interesting, frequent, and something for all tastes. All the staff are helpful and friendly, so the only major issue remains: the menu (and the bill). I returned and noticed the lack of pizzas: a shame, but they really weren't the best; however, the prices have gone up and the portions have shrunk. There's still little attention paid to flavor and cooking, e.g., the fries are very salty and spread excessively across the plates: they lack substance. It's a shame because, in addition to being a nice place to hang out, there's also a wide selection of beers. I had a sandwich that lacked flavor, the cheddar was cold and rubbery, and the meat was also lacking, with a decent side of potatoes... I'd like to return knowing I could eat better and without a disproportionate bill. Significantly improving the food would also make sense to spend so much. Edit: I kept it at 3 stars, even calmly highlighting the positive aspects. I didn't invent anything, and I got the same irritated, toxic response I've read under other REALLY negative reviews. This confirms my inability to understand well-founded criticism. 1 - I know it's convenient rhetoric, but my review is based on years of experience in the restaurant business (even though I'm not the owner), and I'm familiar with the arguments about the price increases and the complaints about the prices, even if they're exposed: pointless in this context, because I complained about the quality-price ratio and quantity-price ratio, NOT the price increases, AND ONLY about them. In my haste to respond in kind, I think he didn't read carefully. The "high" prices have never stopped me from going out to eat and trying before giving a judgment, that's the gist of it. 😅 2 - I didn't know about the pizzas; in any case, I hope future ones will be of better quality. 3 - I've eaten at your restaurant several times for over two years. I haven't noticed any improvements, but I came back precisely because I expected to find some! 4 - I'm not starting a discussion or reporting a cold cheddar or overly salty fries. It's nothing serious, because they're still edible (especially after a long wait), but it remains one example among many, over time, of poorly prepared dishes. If it only happens every now and then, it's okay. 5 - Are all the events free? And the so-called "drink card" (entrance to popular concerts)? I'd like to call it a small inaccuracy so as to remain, unlike you, kind, without your victim mentality and sarcasm. I wasn't even interested in mentioning this detail, but you brought up the subject of free parking. 6 - Still on the subject of free parking: what's the point of including parking in the list (limited spaces due to the restaurant's capacity, which often depends on the presence of the Chieti Scalo national team)? Personally, I don't know of any pubs or similar with paid parking... And what about amenities? What about bathrooms? I don't know of any pubs with bathrooms that charge a fee beyond drinks. What about the free sound system, the garden, the reservation system? I'd also list the free chairs and garlands at this point. I hope you had a laugh too, making this absurd and grotesque list; I can't believe you were serious. I won't save anyone with my reviews (I never pretended to; you lack the arguments to make such provocative comments), but your response, full of (obvious) inconsistencies, isn't doing you any good publicity. Edit2: As far as I know (and confirmed by other loyal customers), there are music evenings that still charge a fee if you don't reserve a table for dinner (and yet you emphasized above that "all our music events are free"). False. A full venue, in itself, isn't synonymous with quality, and the problem with the bathrooms right now is actually the locks. She's also very familiar with places with private parking. 😉 However, I would change the automatic review email to improve it.

Bellissima esperienza per ascoltare gli Straitsland, gustando un panino e qualche sfiziosità. Sicuramente torneremo per altri eventi.
